It was terrible and they said it was a complimentary breakfast but I had to pay for breakfast

The fact that I had to park in a parking garage that was not included in my stay nor connected to the hotel

I liked the decor. The location was nice considering we hadn't heard of the hotel before it stepped up like a WELL KNOWN brand.

I wished they had a bar inside. It would have made our visit more accommodating.

Very clean and spacious rooms.

The breakfast was ok but i would prefer a buffet instead. Staff was friendly and service minded.

This was probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. I was very impressed with the friendly staff. I was very comfortable to stay here with my young children. I would definitely stay here again.

I do wish the property had closer parking since the parking garage is not attached to the hotel, but they do allow you to park out front to check in and have umbrellas you can use if it is raining to walk to the parking structure.

The location and price.

The parking is inconvenient.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Wonderful staff.

Parking too far away. I was injured at the time using a wheelchair and walker. I do not have a handicapped placard yet.

Clean, pleasant bedding and room. Well-located and parking available.

Breakfast was included, but one morning the hotel was understaffed. We couldn’t get what we ordered and at first were told we couldn’t get breakfast at all until we complained. Since this was part of the cost of our stay, we should have been reimbursed for this deficiency. This was poorly done by management. The staff did their best under difficult circumstances.

All the people where very nice and helpful.

That the restaurant wasn’t open until 5:00pm.
