The staff was exceptional. Alex greeted me and took care of everything in a polite and professional manner. He was extremely helpful and gracious. The room was one of the absolute cleanest I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen a few. The breakfast was great.

The only thing I can think of was an extremely minor inconvenience. I didn’t see any cream or sugar for the complimentary coffee in the room. It’s almost not worth mentioning since there were both in the cafe area. I’m certain that had I contacted Alex he would have taken care of it.

The beds are the most comfortable, and the rooms are really clean.

I wish breakfast was available a little later.

Alex was amazing and so was his staff. They were very welcoming and ever always available if we needed anything. The rooms were soundproof, we heard nothing outside. Close to shopping and restaurants. I loved that the washer and dryer they had was amazing unlike most places, and there breakfast offered was amazing.

The 2 things I didn't like were just small inconveniences I would like to warn parents or anyone wanting the kitchen. They don't prove anything for the kitchen so plan ahead and bring pots, pans, stuff to cook and eat on. First hotel that didn't offer it that I have stayed at. Also the shower/tub doesn't hold water or have a way to hold water so I could allow my kids to take a bath, again small but traveling with 2 toddlers would have made it easier and less messy.

Employee at check in was rude and made the process longer. 5 minutes after check in she didn’t remember having just checked us in. The bed is uncomfortable. Hotel is loud very early in the morning; doors slamming, other guests talking and yelling loudly.
