Bed was comfortable

Front staff was rude. Had to go ask her for towels and she said they are in the room, they wasn't in the room. When we showered they pictured showed 2 shower heads there was 1 for handicap was about chest level water when we tired to shower was cold 🥶 not worth the money at all

The hot water did not work in the room, the staff does not understand nor speak English, there was no cart available for luggage when I arrived I was told someone must’ve been using waiting for a while cart was not returned it still no cart available at time of departure one of the staff reported to the manager what room the cart was in, manager did not attempt to assist. I usually stay a weekend here every 2 to 3 months when visiting family not sure if I’ll be going back 😩

It’s usually a little better I love the location and the access to everything!

Very quiet and peaceful place to stay. I didn’t have any issues at all. The internet service could be a little better but it worked just fine when needed.

my room had what looked like mold on or dust on the walls and Ceiling. also my door was left wiiidddee open before I checked in

AC working & not noisy. Bath has nice vanity area. Comfortable beds &: outstanding full breakfast.
