The breakfast was horrible. Gravy crusted over. Sausage floating in grease. Eggs cold and had been out a long time. The waffle mix was terrible & the waffle came out thin and mush. There was no coffee when I got there for the breakfast bar & they did bring some coffee out but it tasted terrible.

They issued me a room on the second floor when I got there & the room was not cleaned up yet, so they issued me a room on the first floor. They were out of bottled water, the coffee pot would not work & the coffee was terrible in the room and at the breakfast bar.

Very confortable place, and great morning shift staff!

Night Shift staff was very rude and unprofessional. When I went to the front desk to ask for a couple of bath towels, she asked me in a very rude manner how many were in my room, plus she was on her cell phone and never ended the call to take care of me, as she went to grab the towels she was talking to the person on her phone. I guess she didn’t like that I came right when she was on her lunch break eating. Other than that, everything was great.

Very comfy bed and pillows! Nice breakfast. Clean. Staff was helpful and gave us a better room when the first one was not cleaned.

First room had an unmade bed and bathroom with dirty towels on the floor.

I booked hotel because it had a hot tub. Very disappointed to be told hot tub was not heated…?

Site didn’t have the hot tub that was functioning.
