few staffs are not responding quikly. requested Early Check in and late Check out matter is not concerned. Charged extra amount for both eventhough the request is communicated prior to reach the property. No complimentory foods and TV is not recharged. Totally value for "extra money".
Water Facility and Lift is good. Situated in a prime location. Thats all.

They didn’t allowed us to check in and demanded more amount an says no we won’t accept booking.com bookings and later I paid the double amount and the room was not cleaned and the used condoms at the draw and under the bed I checked out immediately after 2 hours very very bad experience

Except location which is near to my work nothing specific abt this hotel
The rate which was shown in the site was 980/h n he denied it and collected 2000rs.. n he said the rate which was showing on the site is wrong n at that rate no room is available. And I tried contacting them before going there no response n they didn't gave me link to pay advance too. N i don't suggest family's to stay here.

Website is good. Receptionist was polite. Beds n pillows and bedroom was upto my expectation
Staff not covid compliant. No parking lot for vehicle. Bath room so dirty. Odd hour disturbance from neighbouring room not attended to inspire of three complaints. Sanitiser bottle was empty

It was close to the place were i had some work. Overall due to close to bansankari (Girinagar) i chose this place for a night stay.
Hotel staff was aranging the food and breakfast. Nearby location dont have restraurants with north indian taste. So I prefered hotel prepared food. Overall can stay for short period if have some work in nearby location.
If they reduce tarrif a bit than it would be much preferred stay in this location.
Cleaniness is ok. Can be improved further. Drinking RO or Bottled water provided on request.
