It was absolutely perfect in every way

Lupe the site manager was very helpful, pre-stocking our requested groceries, and she had our rented golf cart there and ready to go. She also arranged for taxi rides from and back to the airport. When my son left behind 3 items, including his passport in the house and the taxi, she flew the items to the mainland in time for our flight back home. We were 3 adults and we all had our own rooms and bathrooms on 3 separate floors. They had a cabinet with some games that we enjoyed. We loved all the iguanas roaming around, and the pool was nice. Being able to do laundry was great. Each room had its own A/C that we could control. Drinking water was provided and plentiful.

There were some facilities items that needed repair. Also, the beach was full of stinky seaweed, which is a common problem on that side of the island, and they did work to clean it up, but it meant that we never went to our own private beach. The beds in the lowest room did not have extra pads and were hard compared to the other two beds. TV in upstairs master bedroom did not work. I think some more basic items should have been provided, like salt and pepper and a sponge for washing pots and pans.

The Villa was very quiet and relaxing. It was also spacious enough to accommodate our large extended family. You have a beautiful view of the pool, ocean and private dock. Lupe was fantastic. She made all of our transportation arrangements and booked our excursions. She arranged for local private chef Shellony Williams to prepare us a traditional Belizean meal. It was delicious.

Everything was perfect! Beautiful villa on a private beach with a private dock where we had the best snorkeling charter!
