We loved how accessible all the disney parks were.
Hotel is so clean and tidy and the access to disney swan and dolphin ammenities are fantastic!

Clean, comfortable, staff amazing
Can be difficult to access magic kingdom with someone disabled due to need to go to transfer station so can take over an hour using shuttle service

Location, and it was very cleaned
The staff, feedback about The stay at the hotel was good, but the reception was not good and annoying, and there was no welcome from the reception team as expected, and there was no cooperation or experience in solving problems and gaining customer satisfaction, as what happened to me was proven with evidence, and the team made me wait for two hours after an 18-hour trip for a simple reason, and for this reason I will not return to this hotel again.

The reception staff are a bit rude and not helpful , I lost something and they were careless , the room full of dust and the sheet has bad smell

Well situated in the heart of Disney, we got a room upgrade and so had an amazing view over Epcot to watch the fireworks. Room was comfortable, well sized and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
It's pricey but thats Disney for you. Breakfast also wasn't included in our booking which would have been nice.

The location was perfect for all the Disney parks, especially with the free transport provided. Our room was incredible with a great view of Epcot and all the surrounding areas, loads of space and the bed was really comfy. Bella, who checked us in and took care of us throughout our stay, was absolutely exceptional. She offered tips for the parks, ensured we were happy with everything on a regular basis and was just really lovely in general.

Your customer service is the worst I've dealt with and could barely understand what they were saying half the time making no sense and were not helpful at all. And the wait time to talk with someone is also the worst. In my opinion booking.com shouldn't be in this business

The location and the room. The restaurant superb.
The hotel was understaffed and did not have enough concierge staff meaning we had to haul luggage to and from our room. The reception didn’t have enough staff either and wasn’t a very friendly compared to other hotels in the area.

Building and the rooms were new and so clean.
Nothing extra for kids, the hotel was like adult hotel. Even a disney hotel its a bit far from magic kingdom. I was expecting to see mickey etc in the hotel in decoration or some children activities but no no .

It would be better to provide more info about the charter bus services. The charter bus not always on time, and I could not find the stop when I want to go back to the hotel, if I didn’t take bus to park in the morning.

Employees are not polite as well as not well trained. They don’t care about what we ask, even in write. General manager is confuse and they give any excuse to avoid take responsibility over guest requests. Never comeback!

Immaculately clean and very quiet rooms. Could not hear traffic nor room neighbours. We like a little walk, so the short walk from the ferry/Epcot /HStudios was fine. Amare was a great find, great food and beverages all served very quickly.

We really enjoyed the Swan Reserve. We have stayed at the Dolphin and found it to be great as well but very outdated and the rooms very small. We prefer smaller hotels.
The special holiday events were great-carolers, selfie station, and decorations.
Location was amazing and the bus to the parks was convenient and on time. The entire staff from check-in to dining to housekeeping were amazing and very friendly. Thank you for a nice experience.
We surprised at how small the rooms were at the Reserve. For the four of us it did not provide a lot of extra space and there was no room to put our luggage.
The only other complaint would be the coffee makers in the rooms. These were not up to par with a nice resort. We have stayed at Opals, JW's and they all have very nice coffee makers in the rooms. I would suggest upgrading.

Everything… we have researched all hotels around Disney property and this checks all the boxes for us. Very modern and new, spacious rooms for families, convenient breakfast on the go, great bar to relax after long day, early park entry and walking distance to Epcot. Can get any better.

Beautiful smaller hotel with all the access to swan and dolphin restaurants and adjacent to Epcot. The staff was very accommodating. Amare restaurant in the reserve was our favorite.
