Big resort, beautiful location, Exceptional food Breakfast and Dinner. great pools.

Location is a little bit remote but we had a car.

The room was nice and the pools were good. Very friendly cleaning staff and on the dinning room.

At the arrival I detected that a light in the bathroom was not working. They promised to repare it the next morning. I complained 2 more times and did the check out without an answer. I spent the first night killing 5 spiders. Reception replied that “it was on the countryside, but it is no excuse”. They said they were going to do something about it, but I left having discover 4 species of spiders and a record on killing. This include one that jumped on me when I opened the closet and one that descended on my face while in the toilet. It may be in the country side, but it is supposed to be a 5 stars hotel. There is a clear distinction among those who are all inclusive and those without it. There are no options for the second ones, no shop to buy snacks and except one restaurant, everything was 20 euros for all you can eat. No chance of buying one dish. The most ridiculous thing happened at the end: I asked them to call a taxi to the airport. They reported it costs 90 euros, when we knew it was 70. When I asked for an explanation they told me they charge 20 euros for calling from the reception… in a 5 star hotel. Of course, I call it myself and use the difference to tip the cleaning lady.

Lovely resort. Great food. Great pools and bars. Our room was fantastic, overlooking the pool and across to the sea. Good and safe beach was close. Staff all friendly and helpful. Beautiful island and it was worth hiring a car for part of the holiday. Ferry crossing to the peninsula was magical! It was lovely having a range of ages from very young families to wrinklies like us!

Required a taxi to get to nearest town. Hotel was quite full but the entertainment had stopped as now low season. There was an outside cinema area though. We felt that the resort needed more visible management and supervision. There was a group of guests which caused a lot of noise on a few nights around the pool and on some days they were a bit too lively in the pool. This should have been better controlled.

Location was very nice. Staff was impeccable, always helpful. Breakfast and dinner were crazy good, there was literally everything you could thing of. Rooms are big, terrace also very wide and pretty. Surrounding areas were beautiful. Always place to park infront of the apartment.

We requested for king's bed but we got two joined small beds. It was horrible for sleeping. We were waking up every morning more and more tired. Fitness starts at 10AM which is very impractical as you can only train either on full stomach after breakfast or during the day when you should be either at the beach or after the beach when you're tired. They should definitely open gym at 7AM as everywhere else.

Not much Greek food in the restaurant, quality of food in general was poor, but acceptable.

Facilities for toddlers were very good, including splash park and playground. Very comfortable, large beds, and lovely room with balcony. Overall very pleased with our stay. All inclusive is nice for a couple of days before getting back to reality, certainly wouldn't do it for a whole week.

The pool bar lacked a cocktail menu which I thought was strange, and when I asked the staff they said the only thing they could make was aperol spritz. Dinner could start from 630pm instead of 7pm to accommodate parents with young children.

Very good room with own terrace and pool. Not far from sea. Good staff. And of course beautiful Cefalonia.

Poor breakfast. Not good dinner. Hotel has no own umbrellas on beach.
