The environment was okay.

The first night someone from the other room was hitting the wall and that woke me up around 2:30am. The noise that night was unbearable.

Very clean, good location and easy access.

Location. Clear instructions for self check-in. Relatively spacious. Great water pressure and temperature in shower.

The bed was quite uncomfortable. The place had a bit of a strange atmosphere and could do with an update and a thorough clean. The room itself was cleaned hastily, some of the fixtures and nic nacs being dusty. The blinds were dirty and were fraying at the edges, a broken mirror, ... The bathroom was fairly spacious, but not very clean. There was also quite a lot of black mould in the shower.

The tv wasn't working properly; i chose this place over another because of this facility. Had to watch through my phone; i could've saved £7 by going to the other place.

The noise in the bedroom which seemed to possibly be coming from pipework within the room.

I expected a fairly basic room for what I paid but I was pleasantly surprised. Bed was comfy, place was clean and fresh water available.

Single room was bright, clean and toasty warm, appreciated that heat later when got back after celebrating in town earlier. Bathroom was compact and bijou however the shower was hot and powerful !

A second pillow would have been appreciated. USB plug socket incorporated into existing plug socket would also be a bonus if you had forgotten your plug !!! The mattress may benefit from been turned as it had a ‘tilt’ on it resulting in a natural ‘roll’ to the edge.

The property is great for being in the centre of Leicester and only 15 min walk from the train station, my real complaint was the traffic noise.

The property was on a main road and my room was facing it. Traffic was very loud from as early as 5am so my sleep was very much interrupted. The room was clean but he toilet was slightly not as clean as it could have been

The place is really clean and they are very helpful, I called and they picked up immediately and really helpful.

Check in check out time have a gap of 4 hours. So I’m paying for 20 hours and not 23 (ideal). No body wash/shampoo provided.

Apartment was very clean and easy to locate.

Location and facilities are good, full kitchen with cabinet space, and all appliances - kettle, microwave, oven, ironing board, steam press, sofa, tv in the kitchen/common room. hot water in the shower and handwash liquid in the ensuite bathroom.

room was not as clean. The bathroom smelled a bit funny and the bed linen was dirty. Instead of cleaning it, one more bedsheet was put on top of the dirty one very shabbily, the linen was not even fitted properly on the mattress. pillows had hair strands. The cleaning should have been better.
