The owner/ manager was incredible. From the moment you book, they will send all the info you need, from directions to how to enter the premises everything perfectly set out for you. it was so professional and made me feel a lot more relaxed coming to the big city.

The sheets were soiled and the towels were dirty. The accommodations were also very cold. When I notified management, the owner called me and told me that she would be going out of her way to bring me a heater to heat the place and that no one else has ever complained. I ended up leaving and booking another place to stay after the first day. The owner agreed that she would refund me my money back due to the issues that I was having

The location is very good and very quite. closer to shopping malls
upon arrival we struggled as there were no contacts for the host and we were not allowed to get into the complex. The host could have communicated all the check in details atleast 24hrs before arrival. It wasnt good especially when you are a foreigner. please sort out the parking issues as well...

We came from CPT , and were disappointed by the first place we checked into(it was bug infested) , so we had to look for another place at the last minute. It was so easy to book, and they even allowed us to checkin a bit later. When we finally arrived it was a breath of fresh air as we felt so at home. This place made our trip to JHB a little better. Will definitely recommend.
