Nice clean house. beds very comfortable . Well equipped home from home. I would stop here again if I’m working in this area . WiFi 🛜 was good . Nice and warm house.

Advertised to sleep atleast 7 people, but sofa-bed very uncomfortable in lounge, and did not have duvet of 1 person downstairs.

The house can keep you entertained, a dining table that converts to a pool table, video game machine and out door dart board. The house fronts onto a main road but parking is simple enough. There were plenty enough kitchen and food preparation stuff for the three of us. You can walk into the centre of Merthyr in 15 minutes and drive onto the foothills of the Brecon Beacons in a few minutes more. There is an Aldi store close by to stock up on provisions. The terrace is in a local community.

There is no real "meet and greet", you pay a refundable deposit to the owner/letter's website then you are sent the access code to the key safe which is by the front door. We enquired about arriving an hour earlier than the entry time and were quoted £10 an hour for this facility. Not a problem though it would have been good to have seen this up front so we had a good time at Cyfarthfa Castle and Art Gallery instead!

Pool table and arcade machine was fun.

Didn't have hot water for two days.
