Very nice property, Owners were great to work with

This property was amazing! Our family traveled to NOLA for our son's graduation. It was 7 of us including the graduate, and the home was super spacious, and well decorated. The home is nestled in a great neighborhood, great location, and close to all of the bests spots in NOLA. The heated pool, and pool house was fabulous. The home has great amenities, and a very gracious host. Chris was very accessible, friendly, professional, and an awesome communicator. We felt at home. I would highly recommend choosing this home, absolutely no negatives. A great home, in a great city. We hated to leave, and will definitely love to stay there again. The Lambert Family

We were in town for my son's graduation from college. We've been in New Orleans plenty the past four years but Covid had limited our chance to visit the clubs around Frenchman. Chris gave us great tips for where to go for music. The pool and back porch were perfect to relax and cool off on some lazy days. The house had lots of space for our group of 7. The finish level of the house had modern comforts with southern charm. Great place to stay!

We absolutely loved this property. More than enough room for our group of 8. Heated pool was so nice. House was clean and AC was a bonus. Staff was responsive and even let us leave our bag there early. Layout was amazing! Walking distance to St Roche market.

From the moment we stepped into Chris’s house we felt like we had arrived ! It’s spacious downstairs was super comfortable for our party of 8 adults. The ceiling heights through out the main house were above 14’ making it feel even more spacious. And the choice of furniture and fixtures were all top notch quality. The kitchen was well equipped for dining-in, which we did a few times, utilizing the large modern refrigerator and dish washer… and we did use the swimming pool multiple times as it was sparkling clean & well maintained.

Everything you could want in a place to stay in NOLA

This home is beautiful with high ceilings and cozy touches throughout. The heated pool was an added bonus. The host was attentive and communicative about any questions, which was also great. This home was also walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do in the French Quarter and Marginy. We had a fabulous time and would absolutely book this home again. couldn't ask for a better owner - attentive as could be. property was clean and had everything we needed. poolhouse is a great bonus if you have some youths in your group who stay out later than folks in the main house. highly recommend! thanks Chris!

The place was accurately described on line and we were not disappointed. Chris was a great property manager…giving us great details about the house and fabulous recommendations for local favorites. The pool was a super plus…everyone enjoyed it. Highly recommend it!

Great experience. Owner always available if anything was needed. Most contacts were for best bars, restaurants or music. Couldn’t ask for a better place, we had so much fun!

The house was clean and comfortable. We wanted to listen to music on Frenchman street, visit the French Quarter and Magazine Street and go to the WWII Museum. Many of these attractions were easy to get to with a short walk or a quick Uber. We would stay here again.

Great house for a small group

This was a great choice for our group of 8!! Everyone was so excited as we walked in the door and we kept saying how it was very homie with all of the decor and everything available in the house. We had plenty of space for all of us to get ready and not on top of each other. I would highly recommend this to any of my friends and family.

Upon arrival, we noticed that it is a new home that is well cared for. The neighborhood is older (we Uber’d everywhere), but we never had any negative interactions. The pool house (2 beds) is great especially if you have people that don’t climb stairs. (All of the other bedrooms are upstairs). The pool was great to cool off after walking around all day. The master bath is elegantly styled with a large bathtub and spacious shower. The master also had its own balcony. We noticed that no matter what time it was, there were no mosquitoes in the yard 😃. We will definitely rent again when we bring our group of friends back!

Everything was amazing had a great time staying here

The house was INCREDIBLE!!!! The pool was the perfect break in between brunch and starting our partying. The house was beautiful and well maintained.

I came to NOLA to celebrate my birthday with a few of my close friends. Chris was a great host! He called and informed me about gaining access to the property and things I needed to know. He also sent me a few things to do in New Orleans since it was my first time there. The house is amazing and clean! The house is gated which made us feel safe when coming back late at night. There's a mini bar that Chris said we can help ourselves and there's no penalty. The master bedroom is very spacious. The pool is really nice. Although we didn't get a chance to use it, we took some nice pictures around it. We had the best time and stay. If you're looking to be close to a lot of the most popular spots in NOLA while staying in a luxury home, I definitely recommend this place!

The house was perfect

We had a wonderful stay at this new Orleans oasis. Family was there for Tulane graduation and set up was perfect for both celebration and relaxation. Chris the owner was very helpful before and throughout our stay. Would highly recommend!!

I had a great stay at the property.it made me feel like I was at home and the location is great. Me and my family loved every minute of our stay and will definitely want to stay again.

Firstly, Christopher is an incredibly communicative and accommodating host. We had a snafu with the gate and he had someone out to fix it immediately. He was kind enough to issue a refund for the inconvenience which wasn't necessary but a very kind gesture and show of good faith. He also let someone in our party stay after our reservation checkout when they experienced issues with their return flight. This was, again, not necessary, but an incredibly kind gesture!!! We also appreciated the local recommendations he'd sent in advance of our trip and his sense of humor via text! Secondly, his place is amazing. It was very well-decorated, well-kept and clean. The beds were comfy and the AC was so refreshing after being out in the humidity. We had everything we needed,- shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, extra pillows and bedding, cleaning supplies, etc. The pool also seemed bigger than it appears in photos and we enjoyed having the option of a heated swim in the evenings. The pool house actually has 2 beds in it- the second is a little off-shoot in the front window We took Uber/Lyft each time we left the house so we can't speak to the neighborhood digs but we never had a problem getting a ride or felt unsafe. The VRBO map shows this house closer to St Claude Street (off Marigny and Marais) but it's a few blocks north of it and in what we thought was a much more inviting area. The house has a code-accessed gate enclosing the entire front and back yard and we felt very secure as a group of young women traveling in a new city. We all agreed we HIGHLY recommend staying here and would love to return. Thank you Christopher for letting us stay in your home and for your hospitality!

Our son got married at the Marigny Opera House and we used the house as a base for our family. Beautiful house, very relaxing and the heated pool was perfect size. We definitely recommend this house for any activity in the Greater New Orleans area.

Great house. Clean and well kept. Chris, the host, was very communicative. There was some trouble w the gate, as the locking mechanism is a bit finicky if not closed right.

This home is absolutely beautiful. There has been a lot of attention to the details and you can tell the owners truly care about your experience. The pool was a perfect add on for us to relax and hang during the day- before venturing out to a lot of the local spots. Plenty of things are within walking distance and Chris, the owner provided awesome recommendations. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

The house was even nicer in person, very spacious! The decor was well done and the home was well stocked such as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels etc. The towels were plentiful and very soft! The pool house or what we liked to refer to as the Casita was a perfect addition and very convenient when hanging out in the adorable heated pool! Beds were comfortable and regular rooms were a good size. The master was huge with a glorious bathroom! Now the host Chris was extremely helpful and very responsive as well as gracious and we are thankful to him! All the girls from the bachelorette were very happy with this gem and sad to leave!

Our group recently traveled to New Orleans to celebrate a friends 50th birthday. Our host Chris Nola house is absolutely beautiful. The house is beautifully decorated, spacious, Kitchen well stocked, each bedroom beautifully decorated, clean with comfortable beds. The property is lovely with a nice pool and landscaping well kept. House location was a short convenient walk to the French Quarter. Our host, Chris gave us great recommendation for local restaurants and attractions (sent a list prior to check in). We definitely would stay again at Chris house in the future. I high recommend Chris house, you will not be disappoint. Chris we appreciated your recommendations. Our group had a great vacation.
