Gutes Hotel in guter Lage. Vom Hotel aus ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist sehr schön.

Der Prozess beim inklusive Frühstück ist unnötig kompliziert...man muss erst mit pass und Zimmernummer einen Coupon anholen. Damit kann man dann im Restaurant von der Karte bestellen. Allerdings nur eine begrenzte Auswahl - auch wenn andere Gerichte kostengünstiger sind

The room, staff, and pool area was nice. Only complaint I have is I stayed on the 11th floor and the carpet had a really bad smell. The fans in the hallways didn’t help the smell.

Hated the rude lady watching the pool. You can't take outside drunks or food to the pool. They want you to buy he over priced food in drinks from pool bar. Food comes from down stairs and us cold before you get it. Room was on same floor as pool so we didn't have a balcony so couldn't set outside in have a drink. Lady would yell at you about outside drinks. Do your self a favor stay somewhere else.

V poor breakfast service. No options Just have to go for only 1 dish. No fruits no muffins nothing at all. Poorest breakfast I have ever experienced till date.

My check-in receptionist, Dabriella, was gracious, patient, and knowledgeable. When I asked questions, she answered with a warm inviting smile, that put me at ease. This was our first visit in New Orleans and when we come again, the Holiday Inn Downtown Superdome--IHG Hotel is our choice . Dabriella is an essential and valuable asset that represents your establishment.

The vending machine, on our floor, had a lot of empty slots. Also, the parking garage is dangerous--due to a one way in/out. There were a couple vehicles making wide turns to go down while we were going up that almost hit us. Lastly, we couldn't utilize our balcony due to an actual key was needed to open the door.

The pricing was a good affordable price the staff was very nice and friendly the security guard Huey Harrison was phenomenal he was very nice and pleasant to me and my friends and Made us feel safe

They didn’t offer late check out when I got there I asked one of the front desk receptionist she told me to call at a certain time it was first come first serve so I called a lil bit earlier than expected and they claim they only late check out was 12pm and also supply more towels for the pool we had to wait 45 min to a hour for a clean towel when we were at the pool

The staffed knocked 3x daily from 0900-3 pm. Housekeeping, cleaning crew, and they brought towels lasts! 3x of knocking didn’t get to sleep even during checkout someone knocked at 9 to asked if we were checking out!! Horrible

Location, friendly & helpful staff. I noticed security was very attentive & that's ALWAYS A PLUS!!! This was my first stay at this location & I'll return for sure. This hotel has a lot of amenities. It's in close proximity to everything and I the parking was very secure.

It was clean..however staff wasn’t welcoming and I called asking for early check-in they do not accommodate and over charge us $275+ and deposit.

The hotel was fine and a good deal. Far from the best I’ve ever stayed at and far from the worst. If you’re looking for a decent, affordable option without any bells and whistles, this place isn’t terrible. The staff is nice, but service is slow. Breakfast is pretty good. It’s not the best location depending on where you're going, but it’s close to the trolly and a bike share location. I’d recommend the hotel if you’re not picky.

They don’t have full body mirrors in the rooms so how can you see what you look like dressed?

Room was comfortable and so was the hotel, bar and restaurant. I would stay there again.

The only down side was the TV reception was not working 100%. Was told they switched services, so no on screen guide, had to flip through channels. And sometimes, no signal. In fact, I had to change rooms because the TV kept indicating no signal.
