WE had a great time in Dallas and spent most of our time in the home. The temps outside were unbearable but we stayed inside and enjoyed. The home is PERFECT for large groups and the beds were so comfortable. I can not recommend this place enough you will not be disappointed.

I hosted my birthday weekend at the hosts stay and it was perfect! The space was so cute and nice and the host was very communicative!We ran a bit late for our checkout time and when I communicated to him he gave us more than an hour extra grace period! It was the perfect weekend, thank you so much, everyone had so much fun.

This house was amazing! Me and my colleagues stayed for the weekend and it was enough to fit 16 of us plus a few guests.The outside area is nice and the neighbors are nice as well. We really enjoyed this stay and looking forward to future stays!

My group enjoyed our stay at the property. Things were as pictured and spacious. We fit into the home comfortably and didn't have any issues with instructions or the neighborhood. My only criticism is that the cushion covers on the outside furniture were green from mold/mildew and brown. It was not suitable to sit. However, the material was nylon. We threw them in the wash machine with some bleach and sanitizer and it cured the problem. It was just something the cleaners clearly saw and left dirty. Also the grass was not cut. Overall good stay.

We stayed at Ray’s place for a friend reunion weekend and had a great time. Ray is a great communicator and was very accommodating. The house has a lot of space to hang as a group, and everything was very clean. The beds were super comfortable, too. While the neighborhood the house is in doesn’t offer much, the house is just a quick drive to all the top locations and sights in Dallas. Easy to drive or take an Uber. We had a rental car and the garage at the house was a nice touch.

Our family came into town just wanting someplace to lay our heads while visiting around the DFW area. We were pleasantly surprised with the home and the space we had for the 7 of us! Thanks Ray for the great home!

We booked this house for a bachelor party in Oak Cliff, and it was incredible--only a short distance from all of the places we wanted to visit (e.g., Lone Star Axe, Casablanca, Another Round). The house was clean, well-appointed and spacious. Thanks for a great stay!

This house was very spacious for a family reunions visit to Dallas, it was very close to everything I had planned and everyone had a comfortable stay and slept well. Ray was also very quick to respond if something went wrong or if there was any concerns, so great communication overall!

We loved staying here, the house was very clean and cozy, the beds were very comfy. Everyone loved the egg chair. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. If we are ever back in Dallas we would stay again!

The home is beautiful--just as pictured. It's new construction with modern features and decor. Very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms with large showers, plush towels, well-appointed kitchen. Very large master bedroom with ensuite on the first floor--great for parents who want to send their kids upstairs and have some privacy. We had the use of the garage, as well, which was much appreciated in the hot weather during our stay. The location was very convenient (about 10 minutes from downtown Dallas) in a trending, up and coming area with several new homes plus several homes under construction in the immediate surrounding area, as well as new developments along the route to downtown. We enjoyed the two-zone (upstairs and downstairs) heating and cooling system. Ray, the host, was very accommodating and communicated promptly throughout the reservation process, as well as a follow-up message after our stay. You can tell he cares very much about the comfort of his guests and the quality of the home. We are four executive women who have traveled throughout the country/world. It was a perfect place for us to relax and catch up with dear friends. We would stay there again.

Our overall experience here was fantastic! The house was as amazing as the photos! We had no issues whatsoever with our stay. Our host Ray was always quick to answer a phone call with any questions we had prior to check in, and promptly sent over any details we needed via email or text.

The property was a nice stay, very clean and nicely decorated! Check in was an easy process and so was the communication with the host.

When we all walked Into the house, we were greeted with such a wonderful clean smell! The house was beautiful and provided a perfect stay for our weekend. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Ray was an amazing host. The house was very clean and tidy. My only concerns were that there was no fire pit and I think there could’ve been more kitchen amenities. Overall great stay and would def. stay again!! :)
