Location was great, but.....

but the apartment despite its great level ( So called SUB Penthouse) and looks, it was very jaded and looked TIRED and needed LOTS of maintenance. The first night, I tried to close the blinds in my bedroom ONLY to have the whole blinds literally crash over my head and nearly put me in the hospital. Next morning after a shower I tried to dry my hair ONLY to find the hairdryer to be ancient and not even function properly. The following morning I tried to start the dishwasher and found that the kitchen floor was flooded as the dishwasher was blocked----WHAT A MISERABLE MESS and unwanted STress & PAIN! I wont even recommend this as it has a hefty price tag to this for very Basic amenities.

the whole apartment was out dated, no maintenance issues had been rectified, water leaks, cracked tiles throughout the whole kitchen area, holes in wall, no carpet in robes, air con panel missing all buttons, outdoor chairs damaged and falling apart, overall cleanliness of the apartment was very poor, old furniture not being used just left in the main bedroom WIR the list goes on. very disappointed in the apartment and how much it cost. The apartment needs to be taken offline until all repairs are completed!

Beautiful views, well located, facilities are fantastic. Great family accommodation.

Could have been cleaner, rangehood dripping with grease. Lounge needs a deep clean.

Location was great n office staff where exceptional.

Cleaning would be nothing near wat i would expect from such a property. Nextdoor neighbours partying till 5am not an enjoyable stay, especially the fact it was a work teambuilding night n no one could sleep.
