Room was a good size for a family of four. Clean and comfortable

What a wonderful location! The hotel was very clean and the rooms were large. The bathrooms were modern and nicely appointed. One room had a balcony which overlooked a street and was great for people watching. We would happily return to this hotel the next time we are in Paris.

One of our rooms was near the elevator and we heard quite a bit of noise from the hallway. Nothing worse than any other hotel we've stayed in though.

The hotel is a bit run down. The shower is minuscule. But overall the stay was good at a central location.

The location was excellent, just besides the tube station. The view from the room was marvellous. Very friendly and attentive staff.

The beds were a bit too soft, and the bathroom smelled of moist and mold. But nothing that cannot be endured. In conclusion it was a lovely stay.

I’m from the US and stayed 5 nights in April. The location was excellent, very close to a Metro and to a light rail station. In addition, the street behind the hotel had many fruit, vegetable, bread and meat shops. The building was quite old (everything in the 14 arr. is old) but well maintained and the room was comfortable with a very nice bathroom. The elevator worked perfectly. Breakfast was large with orange juice, coffee, yogurt, bread, honey and jam.

the hotel employee said that he did not see the payment in the Booking and took the payment in cash. As a result, the payment for the hotel was taken twice, and the booking was written off, and the hotel demanded.

The hotel was very nice and clean! We stayed for 5 nights and were very comfortable at all times! a special thank you to a reception representative Anthony, who was always there to help us out at any time and make us feel welcome!

When using the bathroom, we could here the person in the room next door blowing their nose and violently clearing their throat. Also there was sometimes the smell of cigarette smoke in the hall which we could sometimes seep into our room

The room was OK. The room temperature was pretty low for a winter booking. The room was literally in front of the lift which made it easy to access it but the corridor was very small so it would have been awkward if I were to exit the room and someone would just come out of the lift.

The location is good & the employees were very nice.

You come in and there is a terrible smell. The hotel entrance stinks really bad and is not clean. Rooms do smell bad also, and it‘s just very old.

I wish there were more options for breakfast. One can't imagine a breakfast without eggs.
