Luxe verblijf met persoonlijke service. Je voelt je als VIP behandeld. Zeer schoon mooi en rustig in een Villawijk met beveiliging. Ontbijt van prima kwaliteit.Groot luxe winkelcentrum en winkelgebied aan de overkant.

Zwembad is klein en ligt in de schaduw, bebouwing dicht op elkaar.

Some major hotel facilities such as bellhops were only available through specific times of the day. No Usb wall plugs.

Fantastic room and bathroom. Air Con was excellent. The whole hotel was immaculately clean and tidy. The best breakfast we had in Egypt in 3 weeks was at this place, great choice, lovely food. Staff were helpful and polite.

It's a little bit out of Cairo, but its in a quiet peaceful location, so it was good for our last night's in Egypt.

Wifi was not good in second floor. Doors has not sound insulation . Neighbors dog annoyed us ... it did alot of noise at night .

it is my regular hotel when i visit cairo. great place if you have activities planned for new cairo city and new Admin capital. staffs are very supportive and kind.

The people working at Maran make the stay a memorable one. We had traveled for work. Martina has helped way too much and taken great care of us. We thank everyone there personally. The location of the residence is excellent as downtown katameya mall is opposite. Hotel is kept clean and neat.

Breakfast was made to order and was good. It was clean and the staff were nice. We stayed only 2 nights and we were very comfortable. Keep in mind it's far from all attractions. We took uber to move around and get meals.

The restaurant is not open for lunch or supper. No alcoholic drinks are available at the bar. No restaurants near by. A big shopping mall with many restaurants is on the other side of the highway 20min walk through a crossing pedestrian bridge. Getting there is not easy, as no side walks are available.

I always choose boutique hotels, meaning small. I don’t need to walk a lot from my room to the lobby. The rooms are big, comfortable and modern designed. Everything is well thought. The bathroom is well designed and well functional. and if anything happens, they fix it right way. I will definitely suggest your hotel as best hotel referral in New Cairo. Book your room with breakfast; I enjoyed it. Ask for the airport transfer for $25.

Check in at 3pm. I was sleeping in the lobby cuz my flight came early. They suggested I’d relax on the pool, but too sleepy to do anything.

We travel alot, the Maran Residence was one of the very best places we've stayed.... beautiful, roomy apartments. Great staff. Excellent food.

The Maran Residence is across a busy highway from a lovely modern shopping center. Going there requires calling Uber for a 10 minute ride and Uturn. This is not a big problem just to know that that the hotel is isolated in a residential neighborhood. The shopping center has all the nice shops and offices of Dell, Amazon, etc. Once we needed some specialty items so we had Uber take us to another shopping center 10 minutes away. It was also big and modern. Uber was very cheap.

The place is modern, quiet, and clean. Great location in a trendy neighborhood. Friendly and cooperative staff. Special thanks to Ms. Aisha and Mr. Fady for facilitating my stay.
