It is a great location being in the town centre. The apartment was spotlessly clean.
The side of the apartment block we're we stayed faced diagonally across the road from a nightclub. Most nights we could hear the "duff duff' music in our bedroom. One night it didn't finish until 5am.
The apartment was heated using electronically controlled radiator's which are way too complex to operate given no manual on how to operate them was left in the apartment.
it was advertised as having "free wifi" yet it was switched off the night before we left.

Great location, just a short walk, 1 minute, into town and 15 minutes to race course.
Very clean, well equipped.
Bedrooms a little small. Only 3 lounge seats, not good if you have 4 people.

The location was ideal for work and very comfortable. Lovely to be able to walk in from work and be able to cook a meal rather than eat out.
Unfortunately the people above the accommodation are extremely noisy and there’s also a lot of noise from the local nightclub

Apartment was clean and tidy ideal for the town also close parking just the night club agross the road let it down but there's nothing you can do about that
It was too close to the night club agross the road that you could hear till 4 am . Also if more than 2 people are staying you have to use a sofa bed so when that's being used nowhere comfortable to sit or you had to keep folding it up

I had the most fantastic experience staying at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and stylish decor. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep every night.

Location is very great. Many supermarkets and very close to bus stations and Pontefract Park. Big playground a part of Park is perfect for kids. We’d enjoy our trip and customers service is excellent. We’re highly recommended.

The apartment was perfect for our needs, and so much better than our original plans to stay at the Premier Inn. The location was great, so close to the town centre. Having our own entrance made it feel so much like home. It was also much more pleasant to work from than a hotel room, and the kitchen facilities meant that we didn’t have to spend so much on restaurant meals etc.
The only slight disappointment was the car parking arrangements – we got the impression that car parking was private and free. But the municipal car park was very close and inexpensive so that worked out fine anyway.

Lovely little apartment with everything we needed for our two night stay.
The bed was extremely comfortable.
Due to the close location to the town centre we did hear some music from the pubs/nightclub nearby, but it wasn’t too bad or cause us any issues.
The car park next door where we parked was convenient, I worried the first night if our car would be safe but it was absolutely fine and you can actually park right by the exit and the flat over looks it so you can see it at all times.

the location was spot on everything accessible. was a bit concerned when i saw stickeys was across the road, but heard nothing. would definitely use again, i go to the test cricket and the football in leeds, regularly, i travel up from oxford, but only tend to need somewhere to stay for the cricket, and if possible, i would definitely stay here again. 2 bed apartment between 3 of us at total cost of £207 for 2 nights ,can not go wrong.
nothing to dislike, everything you need for a couple of days trip is provided, i was let down by printers apprentice, cancelling 4 days before, but would have to thank them, as we fell on our feet.

Standard of this accommodation is excellent.the location is brilliant 15 mins walk from tanshelf train station 25 mins walk to racecourse and 5 seconds from town center

Loaction was ideal as it was close to site. We were let down by another place and found this place last minute. They couldnt have helped us enough. Clear instructions on how to get into the building and what to do when leaving.

I wanted a homely property to stay in with my son as we were unfortunately made homeless and this is the ideal place, very clean all facilities we needed were here and very kind staff.

The location was very good for our needs.
The place had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom needed a severe sterilisation. While cutlery and crockery was supplied for four people, there were only two chairs to sit at the dining table.

Great location-walking distance from town center. The shower works well. The stove works well. The kitchen has most of what we needed.
Housekeeping didn’t do their job very well as there was some kind of black substance on the bedroom carpet and at the base of the bed. Also all the windowsills were very dusty. The duvet has a ditty stain and needs laundering. The rest of the unit was clean. However the refrigerator doesn’t get cold enough even on the coldest setting and we had reported this a month ago on a previous stay in the same unit. The furniture is basic, but not very comfortable. The bed is uncomfortable.

Easy access with nearby parking
Could improve on providing some facilities, no soap was provided in the bathroom, the toilet paper 🧻 roll was not enough, the rooms were quite busy warm the first night and had to request for a Fan was which were provided next day, it should have already been made available, the price is a bit high for the location.
