Breakfast was good, nice location
Room is in a very poor state and needs repair. The mini safe didnt work, bathroom sink waste was leaking, and the flooring was damaged. Plus lots of construction work on going. Too noisy, the pool was dusty.
All was communicated to staff and just ignored!!!

I am absolutely stunned to know that hotel The Park New Delhi has not cancelled deposit blocked on my credit card and taken hotel Tariff at check out time saying that blocked Reserve will NOT be charged AT ALL. Turns out that hotel accounting team has not done the job correctly and my credit charged is charged for 80.47 euros. This is unacceptable and illegal in my country France. Kindly please take this matter top most urgent and arrange refund of this money charged for no reason. Thank you Saurabh Mahajan, Paris.

THEY CHARGED $380 FOR A NIGHT. THE ROOM WAS TINY AND BATH ROOM WAS JUST 20 SQ FEET SO TINY, AND NOT CLEAN AT ALL.
THE BREAKFAST WAS A DISSASTRUS. THEY SERVED A ROTTEN SAMBAR, THE CHEF AGREED WITH ME AND SAID THE GUYS PUT THE LENTILS OUTSIDE
OF THE COOLER. NOT MANY VERITIES AND THE BREAKFAST AREA WAS NOT BIG ENOUGH AND FOR THE MONEY ITS WASTE. IT WAS NOT EVEN WORTH $75 BUT CHARGED $380. WASTE OF MONEY, THE RECPCIANIST KARTHIK WANTED TO CHARGE ME DOUBLE TIME AND APOLOGIZE FOR HIS MISTAKE POINTED PUT. PLEASE DO NOT SELECT THIS PLACE. MANY BETTER PLACE AVAILABLE FOR LESS THAN $100

Room bathroom with inadequate wash basin, have to be super techie to operate the pipes. You will be the luckiest person if you can have some hotwater coming out in the washbasin

the property was on a good location
the property staff was not very well trained. the guards were not trained. they made me exit the car well before hotel lobby and asked to enter from exit doorr. they gave me a room on maintaince floor. i was very sleepy but oculd not sleep cause of the noise . i asked for a shaving kit in my room. but i was not provided with one . i dont fhink that is how a 5 star property should be . never experienced this in a five start property. would never stay in park hotel again.
