"Flamingo Sunset" ist eine wunderschöne Villa mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern im ersten Stock der Charleston Oceanfront Villas. Diese neu renovierte Wohnung ist der perfekte Ort für einen erholsamen Strandurlaub. Die kühlen Strandfarben ergänzen das Dekor und die Möbel, um Ihre Gedanken zu beruhigen. Diese Wohnung ist die ideale Ergänzung zu einem unserer besten Strandhäuser, "The Pink Flamingo", weiter unten am östlichen Ende der Insel! Das Anwesen nutzt Fliesenböden und perfekt nautische Akzente für klare Linien und die richtige Atmosphäre. Die Küche, der Essbereich und das Wohnzimmer teilen sich den Meerblick von den raumhohen Fenstern. Eine Glasschiebetür bietet Zugang zu Ihrem komplett eingerichteten, privaten Balkon. Das Wohnzimmer bietet reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten und einen großen Flachbild-TV. Der Essbereich bietet Platz für sechs Personen mit zusätzlichen Platz für drei Personen am Tresen. Die Edelstahl-Geräte und Marmor-Arbeitsplatten ist der perfekte Ort, um eine Mahlzeit für Ihre Familie oder Freunde zu kochen. Das erste der vier Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und teilt sich ein Badezimmer mit einem der Queen-Zimmer. Das Badezimmer hat zwei Waschbecken mit Marmoroberflächen. Das dritte Schlafzimmer bietet ein weiteres luxuriöses Queensize-Bett mit angrenzendem Badezimmer. Das Schlafzimmer blickt auf den Ozean mit Zugang zum Balkon am Meer. Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne, zwei Waschbecken und eine begehbare Dusche mit Glasfliesen. Jedes Zimmer ist in nautischen Farben und Dekor eingerichtet. Diese besondere Villa ist nach Westen ausgerichtet und bietet einen unverstellten Blick auf den westlichen Teil von Folly Beach sowie die Bucht, die die Insel prägt. Es befindet sich auch direkt hinter einem der beiden Pools am Strand. Darüber hinaus bietet die Lage einen guten Schutz vor der intensiven Sommersonne sowie den leichten Winden, die aus dem Norden / Nordosten kommen können. Das Charleston Oceanfront Villas ist ein geschlossener Komplex am Meer, nur 15 Minuten von der historischen Innenstadt von Charleston und nur wenige Schritte von den Geschäften und Restaurants von Folly Beach entfernt. We had a great birthday weekend celebrating 25 and 94 with three generations. Great views with this 4/3 end unit, amenities, elevators which were key for some, stairs right outside the front door. Shopping carts for moving stuff in and out was terrific. Great rooftop bar/restaurant w live music right across the street. One of our key fobs wasn’t working and they delivered a replacement within 30 minutes. Great communication. We hope to stay here again.

Family celebration of parents’ 60th Anniversary. Condo is right on the beach, with balcony all along the ocean view. Short walk to the public pier. Very convenient parking beneath the building, and easy to get to the 1st floor apartment using the stairs. A bit of a wait for the elevator when multiple people are checking in or out, but the shopping carts make transferring the luggage and groceries easy!

The view is beautiful, the property was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, beds are comfortable, it was quiet and peaceful, the pools were nice and clean. Its just an all around great place to stay and we would definitely stay there again.

This property was great to stay at for a quick weekend getaway at the beach. The location was easy to find and perfectly situated, right on the beach, and in walking distance to the downtown area. The unit was stocked with everything we needed for comfort and cooking. It was clean and well appointed. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend Folly Beach!

We spent Christmas in Charleston with my son and his family and we had an excellent time. All eight of us stayed at the condo and this was one of our favorite vacation spots. Condo well stocked, clean, and well maintained. Elevator went out but was soon repaired. Only draw back was that it was too cold to walk on the beach.

The 4 bedroom condo we stayed in for Labor Day was very clean and well supplied. We were given an incorrect password to enter on the first day but management quickly supplied the correct one. We did not receive enough car passes and fobs to enter the parking lot for 3 famly vehicles. These were provided in a 12 hour period but we were concerned about having our extra vehicle booted. After these problems were addressed we had a wonderful time at the beach and visiting our family.

This was the best condo we have rented in Charleston Oceanfront Villas. The location on the first floor right at the top of the stairway was so convenient. The condo was huge and incredibly clean and well kept. We will request this unit from now on.

Great location and space
We had a great stay in the condo. We loved the beach access and the proximity to all of the restaurants and shops that Folly Beach has to offer. We spent a few days in Charleston, too. The kitchen is well-equipped (although a little small). The only complaint of the stay was that the beds weren't super comfortable. Would definitely recommend this home and would stay there again.

This property was exactly as described. Clean, the kitchen had every dish and gadget you could possibly need. The view of the beach and sunsets were beautiful. Beds were all comfy, bathrooms a plenty and room for us all to spread out. We had a wonderful trip and wholeheartedly would recommend this condo. The town of Folly beach is nearby and everything is very convenient. We will surely return!

Labor Day Weekend
The condo was great, perfect location. It could have been a little cleaner and they did not provide any hand towels. The sheets didn't fit the bed and kept pulling off but I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach vacation!
The unit was well stocked and the location gave us easy access to the beach. There were 7 of us and the unit was a great size for our family.
It was wonderful to be able to walk to all restaurants in Folly and also be 20 minutes out of Charleston. Having the bonus of beach gear was also a plus. We appreciated the clear and easy communication with the management company, we were very pleased!

Perfect Week at Folly
This condo was a perfect getaway for our family. We had 8 in our group. We were so happy with the accommodations. The condo was well stocked with everything and anything we needed. There were even board games for us to play on the rainy days. Location was perfectly situated on the first level with easy access to the pool and the beach. The deck was spacious and a great place for the grandparents to watch the kiddos romp in the waves without having to sit in the sun on the beach. We were in walking distance to the center of town and loved Rita’s and Loggerheads. We can’t wait to return to Flamingo Sunset!!

Perfect location for beach vacation
This was our 5th trip to FB we love the area and the laid back beach town. This property had the best ocean view and access to town was within walking distance. The extra beach rental credit was a huge bonus as we literally spent the week on the beach and had all the gear to enjoy it. The condo was well suited for our 4 generations of family to enjoy their time together. The kitchen was the best stocked VRBO that we had ever stayed in. Every thing you need to cook and plenty of dishes and seating for everyone. I would highly recommend this wonderful condo!

Great place for a family reunion
We had family members coming from New York and Florida, so this was a great location for spending Thanksgiving weekend together. Everything was as advertised. The condo was clean, and there were no problems. We would rent here again.

Perfect location
We loved the location of the condo being at the end of the unit on the first floor (which is one flight up from the parking area). We parked right by the stairs and walked one flight up every day. We grabbed our beach things, ran down one flight of stairs and the condo pool and beach entrance are both right there. The main street of Folly is also within walking distance. We loved it. The kitchen was well-stocked with tons of everything you need for cooking and eating. There were some spices, olive oil, coffee filters, sugar, etc that was left by previous renters. To our surprise there was a Keurig next to the coffee maker. The bathrooms had at least 1 (if not 2) rolls of TP. There were tiny bars of soap as well as hand soap at each sink. There was one small roll of paper towels along with liquid dish soap, dishwasher soap, and a scrub/sponge. The towels and linens are nice. I would have liked more kitchen cloths (large and small). I would recommend bringing paper towels, beach towels, and laundry detergent (there was enough for one load). We had some issues with the cleaning company upon our arrival (dirty dishes) but the office rectified the matter to our satisfaction. The office staff was very kind, professional, and very easy to work with. The beach view and balcony were wonderful. We would rent here again.

Awesome condo!
We had a group of ladies for a long weekend getaway. This condo is decorated so nicely! The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves! The kitchen is very nicely stocked with plenty of dishware and glassware. We were even impressed with the frying pans as other rentals we've stayed at seem to have poor cookware. Our resident breakfast maker was a happy girl!

Condo is great! Comfortable beds, plenty of room for everyone, and location could not be better; right on the beach and walkable to bars, restaurants, and market in Folly. My family and I would definitely stay here again.
