This house was amazing. We had the opportunity to meet the owner and he was so nice. His wife took care of so many creative neat touches that really made you feel like a welcome guest. We loved the sugar cubes for our morning coffee!! We a wonderful stay in this wonderful home!

from the moment we opened the front door we just gasped. the beauty of the home hit you immediately and the view of the ocean was spectacular. the home was easy to use and was very well stocked. the access to the beach was easy and the outdoor hose and shower made cleaning off sand so easy. the house was loaded with entertainment. we just loved every minute

Pink Flamingo is a beautiful, well-stocked house in an amazing location. The hosts took care of everything and we had an amazing time. We are already talking about when we can come back and stay again, and we just checked out a couple hours ago.

Perfect family home on the ocean in Folly Beach. This home offers lots of space for the family to branch out and relax in various different locations around the home as well as wonderful entertaining spaces. Our family really enjoyed the rooftop game room and we loved having coffee each morning at the end of the beach walkway with the ocean almost at our feet. The kitchen is extremely well appointed and made it a pleasure to cook for the family while on vacation. My only regret was not taking advantage of the enormous soaking tub in the 2nd floor primary while looking out over the ocean. Next time!!!

Beautiful thoughtfully laid out home perfect for a gathering. enough room to spread out - and a beautiful common area and deck - right on the beach. Rooftop deck with a pool table - and bar to watch the sunsets... Perfect. Walking distance to the Center Street area - for added fun. love love love this home.

We had 8 adults and two kids under 12 at this house for a week. We loved the big open living and dining spaces. You could see the ocean from throughout the first floor. It’s really close to town so we walked there often. The porch and roof deck were well done and the kids enjoyed the game room. Our only negative was that most of the bedrooms had a smaller bed than desired making it harder for some couples to be comfortable.

Perfect location and ideal layout/room for a small group of friends. The kitchen was well-stocked and the elevator was definitely a plus. The rooftop deck and game room was the highlight of the stay. So happy to have that when the wind on the beach was too much. Would definitely stay there again!

Everything about this house is spot on! Not one negative thing to say. SO well equipped… if you’re looking for something that’s not there… you don’t really need it! The rooftop is beyond perfect. Cannot wait to book again!

This home is absolutely beautiful! Every detail was considered in the design and maintenance of this property. I’m so used to renting high end homes that are poorly maintained and lack the love of a home, you can feel the love in this property. Everything about our stay was phenomenal!!

We stayed in your beautiful home after our daughter’s wedding in Charleston . The home and property were absolutely perfect!! The main living area is gorgeous, as well as every other aspect of the house. The elevator was so perfect for transporting luggage in and out. I wish we could have stayed for 2 weeks because 3 days wasn’t enough. We would love to stay here again!! Thank you!!!

Came here with a group of girls for a bachelorette party.The house was absolutely perfect and we had the best weekend ever. The house definitely made the weekend. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the downtown area. Hopefully will be coming back to stay again!

I cannot recommend the Pink Flamingo highly enough! Our stay was absolutely delightful! The property was clean and fully stocked with kitchen items and toiletries. The layout of the house is perfect to comfortably accommodate a large group of people all under one roof. Between the beautiful beach, the roof with the game room, and the stunning porch we felt like we hardly had to leave the house at all. Check in and checkout was seamless and the owner, who we met briefly, is incredibly nice! We would definitely stay at the Pink Flamingo again! Thank you for a perfect vacation week with the family!

Perfect
This house was perfect for our family stay during our wedding weekend. Our families, nieces, nephews and friends all got to spend a few beach days together and the house was exactly what we needed to accommodate. The owners and the rental group were super easy to work with. We will hopefully be able to rent again soon.

PERFECTION!
I've stayed at many nice VRBOs over the years, but this one easily takes the cake. It is so incredibly beautiful - just like the pictures depict, but somehow even better in person. The house itself is gorgeous. Great design and layout, beautiful decor, incredibly well-appointed, and then there's that view. Wow! Somehow we managed to see both sunrises AND sunsets from our back patio. We had one minor issue with the fireplace on Friday evening, but were beyond impressed when the owner himself came to deal with it on Saturday morning! It was a complete joy to meet the owner - he was the nicest man and has clearly put his heart and soul into this property. Wonderful experience all around - can't recommend enough! Thank you for a great girls' getaway vacation!

Worth Every Penny
Pink Flamingo is the perfect house for a large active family. The 5 bedrooms/baths made our vacation comfortable and private for each couple. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.
Deck is awesome and sky deck is great. The Game Room was perfect for late night fun.

This place is amazing!
This house was beautiful and was perfect for our group of 5 couples Feb 2021-10 day stay. Plenty of room to roam and you can easily find a quiet corner if need be. The deck on top is spectacular! We had some beautiful weather and people watching kept us entertained for hours while soaking up some rays. I have 0 complaints- the location is great, just a short walk into town. The beach is just steps away from the door...it really is an amazing house and we will be coming back. This house is really ideal for large groups- its open, but you still have privacy...it just works.

Winter Wedding Getaway
We had an absolutely amazing time staying here. We traveled from out of state for a wedding and were very fortunate to find this location. It has all the space and amenities we needed to accommodate a larger family. The kids loved the game room while the adults enjoyed a few beverages on the rooftop patio. It was perfect.. We will definitely look at booking this location again in the future.

Great Property
The location and the property itself were amazing! Right on the beach, perfect distance from the pier so that it wasn’t over crowded but still a close enough walk to the main strip. The kitchen and common area were both gorgeous and a great place to gather together.
We were slightly thrown off by the game room as it was outside on the deck and not accessible without going outside. It poured the first two days of our stay so it was actually the third day before some of our guest saw it.
But when the sun came out, the third floor deck was incredible! We enjoyed having meals out there and soaking in the gorgeous view.
Our only issue was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. But overall, would highly recommend and potentially stay there again ourselves!

We had a wonderful time in Folly Beach. The home is beautiful and is in a great location. Only thing I wish they would change is to provide dish towels. I would definitely stay there again if we go back.

Great house, equiped with everything you could possibly need, in a wonderful location. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and ready for our occupancy when we checked in. No problems of any sort during our stay. The place is obviously well maintained and the layout is great. We are already talking about a return visit!

Beautiful home with comfort and views
We had a group at the house to celebrate a 40th birthday weekend, and the house was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had wonderful views of the ocean. The rooftop was such a bonus! The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and open floor plan was perfect for our group. Hopefully we will be back!

Beautiful, comfortable home
The Pink Flamingo had everything we needed for a short reunion of family members. The house has lots of comfortable and well-furnished indoor and outdoor space. We particularly liked the spacious kitchen and adjoining seating and dining areas. The views are fantastic from every floor and the game room was a real plus for our group.
