I was exhausted after my long flight. I took an inexpensive Uber and was at the Swan Guest House within 10-12 min. from Heathrow. I was greeted by the owner asking my name, a huge smile, a handshake and immediately asked if I wanted a cup of tea. :-) Vlad took my luggage to my room which I fell in love with! Extremely clean, comfy bed with lovely linens, very nice private bathroom, Very tastefully decorated with a view overlooking a beautiful English garden. I felt very safe, calm and enjoyed the quietness which is very important to me. The Swan House is truly home away from home. Staff: so unbelievably wonderful and kind. I have a lot of travel experience. Can I tell you this was absolutely the best stay I believe I've ever had? Truly, I didn't want to leave. Ubers or Bolts into London are not as far out or expensive as you'd think and other forms of transportation are nearby as well. It was well worth all my time researching where to stay in London and I hit a triple home run! Simply fantastic start to my holiday thanks to Vlad and staff. Exceptional in every way.

It was very close to the station, I received a very warm welcome and enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and comfortable and I would recommend it to anyone. The hosts were so kind and helped me with storing my bag when I worked on the last day so I didn't have to carry it around, very kind.

The location was very handy for both Heathrow Airport and catching the train into London. Vladimir was a friendly and helpful host. The room was comfortable, clean and pretty.

Nice quaint room with ensuite and comfy beds. Vlad was very accommodating for our arrival. We were close to the town and train station was not far away. Heathrow Airport was 30 pounds taxi ride away. Will certainly stay again if back in the area,

Was so accommodating and helped us make our stay so enjoyable. The little touches around the place were wonderful, the cup of tea when we arrived was very much needed after spending all night and day in London. Felt more like friends staying for the night rather than paying guests. Made to feel very welcome and was a great little find. Can’t thank them enough for all their help.

Can’t be helped but there is a bit of noise if in the downstairs rooms. Also the shared bathroom was a little bit awkward to get to from the single room downstairs.

Perfect location for Terminal 5 as it is a short bus ride away. The hotel is easily accessible with the Elizabeth line and Vladimir is a very welcoming host. The room is very comfortable and lovely.

Mine host was very good in all aspects, room, bed etc was great for me, not so for my partner. (too hard) Super clean and comfortable venue.

Minor points to improve would be adequate amounts of tea/coffee, milk would be good and shampoo/body wash. I know I could ask but should one have to?

The host and the carpet on the room

Too choky and didnt meet my expectation of standard hotel . The protocol of removing shoes at entrance of hotel is somehow absurd. The entrance to allocated room was so low that we had to bend our heads to enter

The host was very friendly and even called the taxi company to make a booking so we wouldn’t have to.

Vladimir is the perfect host, friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, including the carpet. We would stay again if visiting the area.
