great location, dog friendly, parking area that is gated. nice apartments

Allows dogs, reception staff is nice, air conditioner is great, has full kitchen, bar has reasonable prices

Beach not included in price and that’s not stated anywhere, room was not cleaned well (shower drain was not cleaned in months judging by the glob of hair found clogging it), staff at the beach was rude and impossible to distinguish as actual staff, blow dryer was a toy , no shampoo and no soap provided, not made clear shower caps are a must to be able to enter the pool (all other signs are translated but not that one). It's fine to have beach umbrella as an extra fee but not advertising it as an added fee makes it sound included in price which is why I booked. They must be running on the assumption guests assume its included then when its too late and you are already there--extra charges are thrown in. After realizing this i checked everywhere on their booking.com page and even on their home resort page and nowhere is that stated. Same with the shower caps, its fine and maybe most resorts in Italy require them but its not written anywhere until you actually get to the pool- as a non-Italian there's no way I would have known and then my only option would be to buy theirs. ABSOLUTE SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. DO NOT BOOK.

a large complex which was virtually empty so it was very quiet. large apartment on the second floor with sea view. apartment was clean and adequate facilities. fine bed.

Unfortunately end of the season (20september) and therefore the pool was already closed as well as the beach bars.

There was no good restaurant in the area

De Valeria it was fantastic, it has a lot of really good apartments and all of them are big and clean. The swimming pool is gorgeous, huge and with a very friendly lifeguard.

Nothing, it was all fantastic.

the swimming pool, the gardens and the fact that even though the resort was full, it never felt crowded. It was also quiet.

I booked an apartment with a balcony. I was given a smaller room with no balcony. The reply from the manager was : "this was mistake from Booking, the apartment has no balcony, you can take this one or leave and I will give you the money back". There was no apologies, no offering us some money back for the fact I had paid for a better apartment! For the first time in my life I was downgraded ! Booking was also impossible to reach , was one hour on the phone with no luck. The apartment itself is pretty basic , I think they are mostly catering for italians who drive and bring all their kitchen appliances. There was no toaster, no kettle, no microwave, no kitchen towels, and only one pan, so don't expect to do much cooking.

Spacious 1 bedroom apartmen with terace, pool, parking, own beach, good beach bar and nice pool bar, airconditioning, nice view (see and park). New owners who are doing their best to make thing better. They are at the beginnig though, but if they keep this entusiams, friendlyness, and the willing to make this place better, this resort will be shortly a great place

We missed the microwave, the fridge has no freezer (not possible to make ice or to store some ice creams), only 1 key per apartmen (we were 4 people), so "logistic" was difficult.

Big garden. Especially very big and very nice pool. Very close to the beach. 30 mins by car to Pisa, 45 mins to Lucca or Siena. 1 hour to Firenze., 10 mins to Livorno. Good for exploring these towns.

Sometimes, when the wind changed, it smelled bad from about 3 km far away rafinery plant. Mosquitos which were resistant against the anti-mosquitos devices ;-)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They tried to resolve complaints quickly. The swimming pool is awesome.

The entire place needs to be renovated and the apartment we were in was not clean. The couch was moldy but the staff resolved this quickly. The aircon was temperamental. It could be an amazing resort.
