We have stayed here three times now. Very clean and comfortable room, with friendly and helpful hosts. Great location for central Billingshurst.

Id had a long journey. I walker in to the kings head with smiling face greeting me . They showed me to a fab room so clean and comfortable. Had a bath . Room 17 . I was so hungry they gave me some chicken carry and Rice for free . I ate that and they gave me good advise on where to go for breakfast . I went up to bed enjoyed a bath and starfished in the kingsize bed . I will definitely stay again . I hot a coffee in the morning. They were very friendly. Thanks for making my stay enjoyable. Having to leave and say goodbye

Peter and oonagh were very helpful and friendly the room was very nice, comfortable and clean,lovely decor and excellent bathroom.

The rooms were great as was the pub downstairs. Everyone who works there are fantastic. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

We only stayed one night but staff were very friendly and room was more than adequate

Only disappointment was not being able to have breakfast at the hotel, however there was a lovely little cafe directly opposite which we went to so that was fine.

The room was lovely. Well decorated and very clean. The Hotel Manager was really friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

There was no hair dryer or ironing board. The room was was boiling hot (due to weather) but as it was on the main road it was incredibly noisy due to traffic and also the beer barrels being delivered at 7am on a Sunday morning! There was no food available in the pub attached to the hotel due to the chef being off and they don't provide breakfast. There are cafes close by but they don't open on a Sunday!!! Not value for money
