Location was great, short walk to centre of town. Room was very clean. Best of all, customer service was outstanding. I spoke with Tanja on 2-3 occasions. She provided excellent service.

It was best located: directly at the terminal station of the FLY BUS (bus from the airport).

Unfortunatelly there were no pots (keine Töpfe).

The apartment is tiny. Sofa bed didn’t not have linens. We arrived to Iceland early in morning and then checked in after 4 pm were very tired and just wanted to sleep. It took me a long time to get in touch with someone and find location of linens.

Iceland is very very expensive, so it felt like we spent a lot for the stay but really it was a bargain compared to other places we saw. Self check in process was super easy, good communication from the host. We stayed in a big room with its own shower / toilet, was really comfortable. Had a smart tv that I connected my own Netflix too. Super close to BSI bus terminal which the fly bus for airport goes too. Some tours also left from there so on days we booked with those companies we literally had to go out 5 mins before the tour began. It’s a bit of a walk to the main city part but we hired E scooters most days to make it faster and it was a super affordable means of transport. Would stay again.

The bathroom floor always ended up soaked after a shower. The sinks were slow draining and another person staying clogged the kitchen sink one morning. Can be loud depending on the other people booking rooms and the little air track close by with the occasional little flight heading in. Overall really good though.

The location is perfect to explore Reykjavík. The apartment is pretty big. Good shower. Very bright. Easy check in.

For what it offered we think it's overpriced. Only the size and the location make it acceptable. It wasn't very clean, it was dusty and the dishes were smudgy, hairy dishtowel. Not decorated with love, interior was okay.

Located near BSI bus station, which is convenient for transportation to/from airport. Around 15 min. walk to city centre. The apartment is large and clean.

A little worn out, not enough utensils in kitchen, not enough toiletries and no rubbish bin toilet

it is close to BSI terminal, 300 steps, easy for KEF and day trip. also, 10 min walk to downtown church.

we are in room 101. 2 big windows facing the streets. have the shade on all the time. bath lights flicking all the time.

The location is perfect, next to the bus terminal yet close to the centre and very peaceful and quiet. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The place seems worn down compared to the last time I stayed there. My flat (K1) had a private toilet and shower, but the shower was not really working, it took ages to get any hot water and it was hard to adjust once it emerged. Looking closer, I saw that the pipes were coming of the wall and the shower was really hard to get properly clean. Also there were minor details which added to the overall feeling of shabbyness, the wastebin in the room had no bag in it, so I had to use a bag I brought for waste. The same applied to the waste bin in the shared kitchen, no bag to put waste in! Also as with most shared facilities these days, there were dishes left unwashed in the sink, and those I took from the cupboard were all greasy. I had to wash every single item I used, before using it myself. Maybe the staff cannot be expected to take care of this, since it is meant to be self- catering, but perhaps it would help to install a dish washer. Another minor detail was that in the room there is a kettle, which cannot be filled in the bathroom sink, and some sort of coffee machine, but compared to the last time I stayed there, it seemed really abandoned and unattended to - there had been no refill of tea/instant coffe, even though the box for such was left next to the kettle. Also the TV did not work, it turned on, but no channels were available. As for the check-in process, I was pleased with instructions and it could have been fine, however the keybox was really not working well and especially as we were leaving in the morning and had to place the keys back in the box, it was really stressfull that it was so tricky to open. It also said in the box that there would be another set of keys, but this was not the case.

The family room is very spacing.

The family room is quite expensive, not worth it. The kitchen utensils is limited. The frying pan and wok are so small for 4 people.Cooking turner was not given, very hard to cook. Kitchen cleaningness still need to improve. When we checked in the room, the 4 people beds were not proper prepared. No dustbin in the room.

Clean, Comfortable, Smart TV, near BSI bus station

Very good location right next to the BSI terminal where a lot of tours starts. And only 10 to 20 minutues walk to the city center. Clean and spacious interior, well equipped apartments and very easy self check in and out. We arrived at 3 am in the morning and had no problem check in whatsoever. Very cheap price.

The apartment was in a perfect location for us. We caught the bus from Keflavik airport to the bus station and then crossed the road and we were there. It was a ten minute walk to the city centre and all the tours we had booked picked us up from the bus station. Everything necessary was provided, plenty of cutlery and crockery; there is an additional kitchen in the basement, but we didn't use it as the kitchenette in the apartment was adequate for the couple of meals we cooked there. There were toiletries and plenty of towels, also washing up liquid and tea-towels. We were comfy and cosy throughout our stay.

Our only "wants" were a sharp knife, a colander and a chopping board - but we may have been able to get those in the downstairs kitchen if we had bothered to look. It took us a longer than necessary to find the apartment on our arrival - thanks to Google Maps - but it is in reality just across the road from the bus station car park.

The bed was great and the temperature of the room was good. It was nice to have a fridge, and a TV that had many different streaming networks. The location was good as it was next to the BSI terminal.

I was in room #K2 (Basement level). The bathroom looked clean when I arrived. The shower curtain didn't smell clean. The hot water pressure in the shower was terrible. The sink didn't drain well.
