The location is great and very accessible to most places! Bus stop #9 is only a 3-4 minute walk. It’s also a 2 minute walk to Bonus, restaurants just outside the property, and other major attractions are within 10-15 minute walk. Easy check in and check out. It is really clean which we liked so much! It’s comfortable, has toiletries, even has condiments, coffee, and tea in the kitchen! I love the view from our room. You can people watch while sipping coffee in the morning. We always kept the window open for fresh air and natural AC. It feels like a home away from home. The staff are very responsive. We will stay here again when we come back to Iceland!
The pillows are extremely soft and feels flat when you lie on them but it’s not a big deal. The shower area when water spills but it is a common thing in Europe.

Parking is very tight. Our unit was cleaned on our final day earlier than our scheduled checkout, even though we hadn’t checked out through their online app.

Die Lage des Appartements war unübertroffen – direkt im Herzen der Stadt, ergänzt durch einen Parkplatz im Innenhof, was während unserer Rundreise einen außerordentlichen Komfort bot. Check In-Out war sehr unkompliziert.
Wir hatten die Wohnung 201 bezogen und trotz geschlossener Fenster war der Geräuschpegel hoch – die Fenster schienen nicht richtig abzudichten, was zu Zugluft führte und die Lautstärke merklich erhöhte. Obwohl wir normalerweise nicht sehr lärmempfindlich sind, war die Kombination aus Lärm und Kälte zeitweise recht störend. Leider wirkt die Wohnung auch sehr abgewohnt.

We loved the location and that there was parking! The apartment was spacious and we cooked breakfast every morning. Loved the view from the balconies as well!

The room was advertised as mountain View but that was a lie.
The description also says free parking and parking can be reserved. This is also a lie as only 2 bedroom apartments have parking. The free parking was a 10 min walk by the church. We only chose the hotel due to the parking so was very disappointed that this was not the case. Save your money and book a nicer or cheaper hotel/apartment and park your car at the church.

Fantastic property. Central to everything that we needed, short walk to bus stop 9 and 12. And a 15 minute walk to BSI station.
Apartment has everything that you could possibly need for a short vacation. I was actually very surprised how spacious and modern the apartment was and was kept up to date routinely via texts and emails from the apartment providers. Would 100% stay again.

Posizione ottima, lungo una delle principali vie del centro città, vicino a diversi ristoranti, bar, supermercati e negozi.
Diverse fermate del bus a poche centinaia di metri, vicino anche al mare.
Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario ed anche di più (macchinetta nespresso, capsule, bagnoschiuma, sciampi, sapone per i piatti, ecc..), spazioso e con due terrazzini con bellissima vista.
Da migliorare la pulizia, materasso del divano letto non utilizzabile, necessario cambiarlo.

We kregen een hoekappartement met mooi uitzicht over de winkelstraat. De locatie is echter perfect. Winkels en restaurants voor de deur. Het appartement was schoon en netjes. Het appartement is ook goed verwarmd voor de winterse kou. De douche en keuken faciliteiten zijn verder ook voorzien van de basics.
Voor bus excursies is busstop 9 Snorrabraut maar 2 minuten van het appartement vandaan of busstop 8 Hallgrimskirkja 7 minuten. Ideaal.
De communicatie met de hosts verliep via de mailbox en de reactie tijd was vrijwel direct. We werden duidelijk geïnformeerd over de check-in bij aankomst en check out. Al met al een fijne ervaring. Een aanrader!

10 minutes walk to the railway station, 15 minutes walk to the city center. There’s a super market around the corner. The apartment is small but it’s ok for a short stay. Good communication with the host.
Can hear the noise from next door as the two apartments are too close.

The location was amazing, very comfortable for 4 of us. Kitchen was a huge bonus with a little grocery store down the street! Parking behind building is convenient. Great place for the price, literally half the price of similar places.
The apartment wasn't very clean when we arrived. The basics were done but there were crumbs, hair etc. It would have been helpful to have a few cleaning supplies and a broom as there is no cleaning during your stay. Other than that it was great.

The location was great with lots of restaurants, a grocery store and shopping on the same street in walking distance. Very nice bathroom, bed was comfortable. Quiet except for street noise coming from the one little window I could open.
The room only had one small window that opened and no air conditioning so the room was very warm. There was a door in the lobby area that opened outside so I was able to cool down my room by leaving the door to my room open and the door off lobby area. Fortunately, they did provide a fan that helped.
Also, the kitchen area had no freezer or a dishwasher like the room my friend was in and we both paid the same rate.

Well located, clean and comfortable, close to everything you need. Adittionly, the staff was really helpful, answering all questions we had timely.
There was no cuttlery and if you have a lot of luggages, the stairs can be a problem, but for young people it is not a problem!

Excellent location, clean tidy, everything provided including tea, coffee, sugar etc.
The beds weren’t the most comfortable and all the pillows were the same, far too soft. Would be good to supply a variety some firm, thicker etc so the customer has a choice.
