Centrally located and very spacious. Beautifully decorated and friendly customer service.

Would have been great to also have a toilet downstairs as for a 5 person stay, it becomes tricky waiting to use the bathroom.

Excellent value for money for a family of 5. Spacious apartment, spotlessly clean and apartment had all facilities/equipment we needed and more. Excellent communication from hosts as well with clear instructions regarding access to apartment.

Bed was comfortable, bathroom and living area was spacious, all facilities we needed were available.

The coffee machine didn't work and was dirty with coffee grains left in the machine, required a good clean.

Sofa bed to small for size of the room and not really comfortable to sit on but that just person choice! Main room echoes needs more furniture to be more homely

the space and cleanliness

had 4 men come into the building and try to get into the apartment saying they had rented it. they had the code to the building and the lock box. Couldn’t reach customer service at the number and they didn’t call back after leaving message.

The kitchen units and finishes are high end and the heating is really good. Got very toasty very quickly. The coffee machine and pods were very welcome. The cafe across the street has coffee and croissants and the staff are friendly. Great location for the Co-op. Chocolates left on small folded towels on the bed. There are salt and pepper grinders in the cupboard.

The bath had mould around the edges. The water wasn’t hot enough to take a shower (despite the huge water storage heater in the cupboard). But there aren’t any bath towels provided anyway. Sofa not comfy, not enough lamps and lights in the living room. Not enough furniture to deaden the sound of an empty room in the living space. The kitchen equipment has been put away dirty- the mouldy, wet chopping board in the draw looked like a health hazard. No bowls. Bedroom is east facing and blinds let in loads of light so impossible to sleep after sunrise. Would heavily recommend some blackout blinds. Neat enough but the property doesn’t have the finishing touches to make it feel like a viable option to stay in. Feels like corners have been cut to provide maximum profit for the minimum service.
