Breakfast was fine; well prepared and tasty. Breakfast was not served until after 9.00am; we would probably have eaten a bit earlier if that was available.

Det hotel was echt enorm mooi ingericht en overtrof mijn verwachtingen wat dat betreft. De inrichting was pressies wat je kan verwachten van een kamer met een Harry Potter thema. De rest van het hotel (inclusief de hallen) had een vergelijkbaar gevoel. Het restuarant was sfeervol ingericht en het eten was er enorm goed. Het was een geweldige beleving om hier te mogen verblijven. Ook was het hotel op loopafstand van de grootste atracties in de omgeving, zoals: Het kasteel en de tuinen. De gastvrouw en andere werknemers waren enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Ik kan oprecht zeggen dat niets tegenviel aan mijn verblijf bij dit geweldige hotel. Ondanks dat een overnachting best prijzig was, zou ik zeggen dat het de prijs meer dan waard was.

The room was amazing (even to my partner who was oblivious to any Harry Potter references) lovely little touches like the coffee maker, nice toiletries, robes. The bed was so comfy. Team was friendly and breakfast was nice.

Room was so comfortable and luxurious. The Harry Potter theme was great and the kids loved it. Breakfast excellent. Brilliant location. Wish we'd stayed a second night.

Only minor thing, breakfast isn’t served until 9, traveling with our daughter ment a long wait for the breakfast.

Centre of town. Restaurant was excellent and staff were very friendly. Car parking very easy. Harry Potter rooms were fun, comfy bed.and nice bathroom.

No storage or table in bathroom for wash bag etc

The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very well themed for us Harry Potter fans and is well located to places to visit. Will definitely be back.

Room was clean and well presented. Location was pretty decent and in the centre of the town.

Rooms weren't soundproof. Could hear rooms next door and also the bar downstairs. Staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Breakfast service was incredibly slow considering we put in our breakfast card in reception the night before.

no early breakfast on a Sunday. Had to leave via the fire exit as no one around to let guests out at 7.45.

Location is superb for visiting the town and the castle. Breakfast was first class and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Only minor downside is that there is very little sound proofing between the rooms and so can hear people in room next door talking, coughing, snoring etc.

Amazing staff who couldn’t have been more helpful! The room was luxury and the bath and bathroom amazing. Great veggie breakfast, gorgeous food all round to be honest!

Friendly staff, lovely room, nice bar with a good eating area and the place has an individual feel about it. Food in the restaurant was very good as was the breakfast

The only slight issue with breakfast was that it is usually only served 9am to 10am BUT the staff were extremely accommodating in bringing it forward half an hour for us.

Dinner service finished a little early for us but there were plenty of other places to eat close by.
