The private beach was absolutely stunning, so peaceful and secluded and not overcrowded at all. the included breakfast was amazing, new dishes every day and we also loved the hosts! super helpful!

The property is located on the outskirts of Sarande, we liked this because it meant you had a private beach and more calm surroundings, we didn’t mind the walk into town from the hotel however it’s something to consider!

The owners were super friendly and very accommodating. They respected our privacy but were also attentive to our needs. The room was very clean and well maintained. We had a very relaxing stay!

It was one of the most magical experiences of my life. The restaurant and adjacent area is taken out of a movie. The room was large and super great. We had a great view and the water was heavenly. The service was amazing. The team was very very helpful with all our questions and gave us all the indications and suggestions we needed. We want to come back not only to see this place again but also because the team was amazing! The host is the nicest person and this is a family business from what I understand. The whole team offered to help me when I almost lost my transportation I’m very thankful and absolutely recommend it! It’s amazing how well they treat perfect strangers, great hosts and great great food with amazing prices too by the way!

Fantastic location with steps from the sunbeds leading into crystal clear water, fantastic coffee, clean room and beds. Restaurant literally next to the rooms.

The pillows could have been better, they were too hard and tall.

The breakfasts were good, everyday different with lots of fruit. The estate is located in a quiet bay on the outskirts of the city, which we found very attractive. To be near the city, but in a calm and quiet space. From the apartment door to the sea it takes 30 seconds - 30 steps to go. Next to the villa is a small family run restaurant with a fair food and friendly prices.

The apartment would need some more furniture. It is nice and cosy but for longer stay it would be me space to store the stuff needed. Also, the floor in the apartment becomes very slippery when wet and it's hard to not flood the bathroom taking the shower. A mop or a squeegee would do the job.

Awful location, way overpriced. Very unclean, toilet was outside, other people clothes were left in the cupboard. very loud, you could here other people talking in different rooms. Staff didn’t exist, didn’t even have the breakfast we were meant to be provided.

We are really grateful for this wonderful stay! The owner are a really friendly and helpful couple. This place is a beautiful spot next to the sea where you can always go swimming. We got different self-made breakfast every morning, which was delicious. Our apartment was quite big for two people and there would have been place for more persons. Next to the Villa is a restaurant where you can have good food with a great view.

There was nothing we could not recommend. The owner speak no English but their daughter and family helps and it was no problem at all.

Staff is nice and really helpful! The location is PRICELESS. Right in front of the sea with a quiet and private beach. It does not get any better than this.

Everything was great. The only downside is that our room did not have blinds, but I believe that was the case with just my room.

Cosy place with private access to the beach

The breakfast was excellent and was something different every morning. The way they work together with the villa next door so that there is a full service bar and restaurant is also great. Villa Xhefri had a cooler with cold beers and coffee which worked for me but my wife wanted cocktails which were no problem to get. The private beach area was awesome and was a nice place to relax after spending the day doing activities in the surrounding area. There were some very cute kittens hanging around and a few older cats that were very friendly as well.

The place is a bit outside of Sarande which is good for the privacy but also bad since there is nothing around there. There wasn’t any easy way to get a taxi and we didn’t rent a car since we were told we would be given the number to a taxi we could call when we needed a ride. This turned out to be someone they knew that was visiting and his time there overlapped with ours for the first few days. He took us where we needed to go for cheaper than what a taxi was. After he left we got a few rides from the owner of the place which we really appreciated but I wish they would have been more upfront about the taxi situation there so I could have rented a car or arranged for some other transport ahead of time.

The rooms were big and a spacious, with large bathrooms. The location is amazing, right by the ocean. It’s very calm, quiet and private, which we liked. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was good. Everything was exceptional. We will definitely come back.

It took us a while to find Villa Xhefri but WOW what a little gem. Stunning location, room literally a few steps away from your own private beach area. Lovely family atmosphere, home from home. Exceptionally friendly, helpful and family run with a little bar and restaurant on site. Bit of a walk to the nearest restaurant in Sarande. I did not want to leave, a very special place.

Really amazing place to stay, I wish we stayed longer there. Location is great, the view is super beautiful, and hosts are exceptional. Room is really nice and clean.

Clean comfortable accommodation. Kind hosts. Clear sea and peacefull place ideal for vacation.

What was good: * The nice host. * The location at the private beach with the nice relaxing view... it's literally a few steps from your door. * Environment: Vines and flowers everywhere. Love it * A/C: Very nice even in September. What to be aware of: * The facility is more bed and breakfast, rather than the hotel. * Villa is on the steep hill with plenty of stairs: If you've got a bulky luggage, it's quite an exercise. * In case you want to travel, incl. visiting Sarandë Center or restaurants, the car is a must. (Which also mean you'll not be bothered by the club noise or nightlife.)

What could be better: * If there is a cloudy day, do not expect hot water. * Kittens love to visit your room and sleep in your luggage. If you don't like this, be sure, to have the door to terrace always closed.

Me and my girlfriend are overwhelmed after staying at xhefri‘s place. The location is in a quite locality just north of Sarande beach and it’s a 15 to 20 minutes walk to the city. It’s a really well maintained place with breathtaking views of sea and Corfu island. Sea water is just 2 meters from the room and one can just wakeup and jump into the sea and have breakfast after it. The host is very friendly and we felt very free and comfortable around their property and breakfast is fresh, tasty, homely and full of variety.The place has a small, cute and functional bar and he even prepares homemade raki. Very comfy, stuff is friendly and really nice. We felt like part of their family. Every day we had different breakfast (sweet, salty, vegetable, fruits) and local food from "mom" was delicious and I am sure made with love. I would reccomend this place to everyone since now and we will be definetely back soon. Thank you all as you made our vacation unforgettable.

Everything was really,really great,from our arrival up until our departure.Xhefri and his wife are super nice people,ready to help you with everything you ask them,although they dont speak English.Apartment was great and clean,bed is comfy and the breakfast is top notch,different every day (eggs and sausages,toast bread,pancakes...).The vila has tables and chairs with natural shade which is very,very nice.You can get lunch and dinner in the vila next door for reasonable prices.You have private beach bar with really good prices of drinks.The place is made for good vacation,quiet and private and the private beach is fantastic,sea is crystal clear and very clean.If you want some night life Sarande is 5 min drive from the vila and beautiful Ksamil beaches (beach Pesqyrat and Bora Bora beach,for example) are 15-20 min ride from the vila. All in all,me and my wife are ovewhelmed with everything in vila Xhefri and we will be back next year,Im sure of it.You can easily fall in love with this place. Nothing in particular,maybe some adjustments are required like having couple of glasses in apartment we used and more space for clothes but those are really minor details.All in all,well deserved 10/10.

Villa is really beautiful. The apartment we stayed in is great, and we liked the balcony the most with a beautiful view of the clear sea. What I would especially emphasize is the private beach which is very suitable for people who want peace and quiet. The staff, especially the girl who hosted us is very pleasant, nice and hospitable. The only thing we didn't like was the organization of the parking lot, and I hope that this small problem will be solved soon
