FORGET THIS PLACE Nothing is good in this flat except the location in the city and OK its cleaned

Everthing else is not good - no isolation at all : you hear all the noise from the streets and from the noisy neighbours. - no equipment in the flat : 1 spoon only, 2 forks, … - broken parts or areas. if you touch something its staying in your hand!! - you dont get the room you booked. we booked a triple room and got a double AND THE WORSE : IT’S IMPOSSIBLE TO JOIN THE OWNER. we tried to call 2 times, sent 5 messages : NO FEEDBACK AT ALL !!!

Nothing. This is, without a doubt, the worst property in which either I, or my partner, have ever stayed. We would not recommend this property to anyone and we are, quite frankly, given the state of the property, in disbelief that it was allowed to be advertised on Booking.com. We were seriously disappointed with our stay and it ruined our trip. The smell of damp and mould, which we could smell immediately upon entering the property, was so bad that I was forced to wear a mask while trying to go to sleep. We spent as little time as possible at the property in order to limit our exposure to what we thought may have been an environment which was hazardous to our health. The bathroom smelled even worse, and we noticed the shower curtain was broken and unfixed on the ground upon our arrival.

The rooms were in a terrible condition. Both the bedroom and bathroom were covered in black mould! The strong smell of damp was unbearable and made it virtually impossible to go to sleep. We could not complete our stay at this property and were forced to seek last-minute accommodation elsewhere. We have serious concerns about this property continuing to be advertised on Booking.com to other visitors. We felt we had to disinfect all our clothes after leaving. The windows were disgusting and surrounded by black mould - an embarrassment.

Dusty and moldy, stale air, no toilet paper.

It was clean, has an own kitchen, nice personell and is not that far from the central city

For 50€ a night it was quite tiny, the bathroom smelled like feet, the fridge and waterheater were loud all night, the bed was tiny and there's no air conditioning paired with only a tiny window. It's just a bit expensive for what it is, but ok.

The hotel is located near the road and at night it was very noisy from passing cars. We couldn't sleep well even with the windows closed.

Is was a nice, clean appartement, but unfortunately the smell from the bathroom facilities was terrible. The bathroom itself was clean and met my expectations, but the smell was unbearable.

This small apartment is great for short business stay, it's just 5-10 min from LKH. Apartment is small but it's clean, and it's equipped whit small kitchen.

There wasn't available parking places.

It was near to my office. I was exchanging apartments so needed a few days to finish moving.

First night the heating was not working (Im was staying mid of November), Lucky, the neighbor was kind enough to bring me at least a portable heater (in the photo). The owner never showed up, or anyone from the property. Next days the heating was only partially working. The room was clean, however, everything was infused with smell of cigaretes and mold. I payed 50€ per night, which is ridicolous for the service. Also booking.com does not take any responcibility in this case, even when the basic requirements such as heating are not met.

It is very well decorated and really clean. It has everything you need for a short stay!

Easy self-checkin after phone call, flexible for special requests, very easy for baby carriage (no stairs), quiet, no cleaning during stay, easily reachable with car (parking directly in front of the door possible), a public bus stop and a supermarket are near too

no wall-socket for water-cooker in kitchen (used it in the main room), toilet paper was missing (got it from cleaning person on the next day), no microwave-oven
