Big room, very clean, lovely staff
The noise was unbearable from the bar below and the street outside

Staff great, really nice
A pub with rooms is always a gamble based on how far the rooms are from the bar. This is obviously a fantastic pub with a great clientele but when you’re trying to sleep and the action is right below you it’s hard. Not totally negative but I think a warning on your website to advise things might be noisy up to about 12-30 would give people an informed decision on whether to book

We booked this as a stop en route to elsewhere.
When we saw the pub’s location on a busy corner and saw that there would be live music starting at 9pm we didn’t even go in. We knew we would not like it.

I liked absolutely everything about this place clean tidy neat smart outstanding friendly staff showed me to my room which was clean smart freshly decorated very nice finishes far better than any Travelodge or box standard hotel I've ever stayed in. Impressive and definitely will be back.

We enjoyed the room which was comfortable and clean. The bar downstairs had a pool table, darts and a friendly atmosphere. Though there was no food available the staff called a taxi to take us to Morley town centre which was only 5 minutes and £4.50 away. The cooked breakfast was good.

Easy access from Motorway, and close enough to Leeds city centre.
Comfortable bed, and room quite clean.
The rooms are just above the pub. Very noisy until well past midnight. In spite of having the room booked for another day, I left, since it was going to be impossible to have any proper rest for the second night in a row.

The breakfast was hot and generous. The staff were friendly. There were tea and coffee making facilities in our room.
The room was cold, the duvet very thin and there was a constantly unpleasant odour in the bathroom. Parking facilities were limited largely because the venue is a well-frequented pub which also meant noise until quite late.
