Food was very good both breakfast and dinner

There was an issue between booking.com and the hotel over my request for an extended checkout. Fortunately I had a confirmation of my request. I found the hotel to be very discourteous when discussing the issue with their front desk.

Overall everything was great.

The swimming pool had lots of tiles missing which was surprising for a very new hotel.

The staff and the restaurants, breakfast were fantastic.

The pool was so cold that despite of the hotel being fully booked there were hardly any people in it. When I enquired sbout it I was told to try the sea that is warmer🤣. We were at the poolside suites and were woken up by the lmusic that they were playing from 9am (at the empty poolside! We do like a sleep-in on holiday.

Не очень удобная ванная комната (нет полок под принадлежности, места для сушки полотенец, стеклянные двери). Отель довольно далеко от города, пешком не добраться, благоустроенная набережная заканчивается недалеко от отеля.

Breakfast was good, staff extremely lovely and helpful especially Panayiota, Maria, Angela, Marialena, these were the friendliest people in the hotel also Michaelis. Sodiri & George. The general manager Valentine was very helpful, also Eleni.

We came to Cyprus to get married and bought about 60 guests with us to stay in the hotel. No welcome drink or gift, not even on the wedding day. They didn’t even make up our room with flowers. I’ve stayed at many hotels and have been treated better on my birthday !! The manager wasn’t helpful at all and we had a few issues. Some of your staff need more training and actually you need more staff on hand especially at the pool bar & restaurant.

The pool was not heated in October, so rather cold. The gym is super small which is a shame but perfect equipment.

Strandbereich sehr schmal und steinig. Wenig Geschäfte und Lokale über der Straße geöffnet.

I stayed here a few times and I will always come back , Amazing breakfast , and a breathtaking sea view room , the staff where extremely friendly and welcoming . The beach area so peaceful and relaxing .

Clean, new, modern hotel. Overall very good. The room service was amazing. The room balcony was very spacious and the view from the room was beautiful. Breakfast was very nice as well, both quality and variety wise.

Staff needs more training. Could use some help with the luggage. When we left our sunbeds for sometime we discovered that the pool attendant had removed our towels and stuff without making sure we had left. The bathroom door in the room was not working properly. This is not a 5-star resort but more of a 4-star hotel, both in relation to service and facilities.

Die Toiletten sind im Zimmer nicht abschließbar, zudem schließen die Schiebetüren nicht und sind aus Milchglas, es folgt ein audio-visuelles und zusätzlich noch olfaktorisches Erlebnis. Für die Honey-Moon Phase ist das definitiv nix.

Rezeption direkt richitg unhöflich schon bei Check-In und wurde nicht besser, der Herr der mit dem Gepäck helfen sollte ist jedes Mal wenn wir was schweres dabei hatten vor uns weggelaufen und hat dann anerkennend genickt, als wir alleine den Koffer aus und nach einer Woche wieder ins Auto bekommen haben. Auch sonst ist Höflichkeit keine Stärke der Angestellten, viele glauben man spräche kein Griechisch, nur weil man sich auf englisch besser verständigen kann. Da wird schon heftig über die Gäste gelästert und sich abschätzig geäußert. Beim Check-out dann große Verwirrung in welchem Zimmer wir denn eigentlich geschlafen hätten und ob wir nicht in zwei Zimmern gleichzeitig waren. Fragen (zu Empfehlungen, Restaurants etc.) waren generell auch nicht willkommen.

The hotel location is very good. I wish it was easy to find a parking place. Olga, at the front desk, was very helpful. The hotel is extremely clean, the food is excellent and the staff is very friendly. This was my second visit to the hotel, if I find the available room I will go again in September. I highly recommend the place to my friends.

We liked the breakfast Buffet. They allowed use to checkout late. The beach was amazing for snorkeling

The path to our room is stained and looked so dirty and old.

The property is not so clean, the sofa in the garden was dirty. The bed at the room was too small and uncomfortable and the bath also was small and the water came all out. We eat at the Italian restaurant at the Hotel, we order a pizza that was burnt, the other food was not delicious.

The beach is great, and the hotel is directly on the beach. The rooms are quite nice, and they have a great Italian restaurant

The staff on the pool and bar are not friendly at all, and the service is some of the worst, a glass of water takes at least 30 minutes. Room service is also slow, and there were problems with the safe that they couldn’t fix. There are also no amenities or activities whatsoever.
