Perfect for a small family gathering with 6-8 people. The bunk beds are perfect for 2 kids to sleep comfortably after a long day at Disney. The pool is fairly large and they had pool floaties in the garage. Grill was clean.
The hot water was especially hot; be careful when getting in the shower or washing hands or dishes.

We visited Disneyland with our 5 year old and this was a great place to stay for our trip. The pool was great, the house was in good condition and had plenty of space.

Our weekend getaway was enjoyable. Overall this place was perfect for what we were looking for.
The home was clean and the pool area was great. Only recommendation I would make is an umbrella to move around the pool area.
The 3 bedrooms we’re accommodating and spacious. Do keep in mind the bedroom with the bunkbeds are a bit small for anyone over 5’ 7 to sleep on.
The kitchen has all you need appliance and utensils wise. You’ll have to pick up your own spices.
Lastly parking for us was fine; plenty of street parking in the front. But can get crowded at night since the home is in front of a park. However; garage parking is provided in the back.

Place was clean, great communication from the owners. Difficult to maneuver a vehicle in the alley, but not the owners fault. Lights need updating, pool lights were not working.

Funtierland made our family Disneyland trip comfortable and easy. This property was budget friendly and easy to book and access. The property itself was very clean upon arrival and house instructions were neat and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Good location
5.0 / 5.0
Great location to shopping, restaurants and attractions but still nestled in a pretty quaint and quiet neighborhood. The house was as described, cozy and a great fit out of group of 7 (3 couples and a toddler). And above all else that went well, the management company/team was responsive, accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend this host and home to anyone looking for a homey vibe while in Anaheim.

We had such an amazing stay. The house was great, and the neighborhood was so lovely!
It was a little too cold to swim this time, wish we could have utilized the pool more!

Nice house that was clean and at a convenient location. A three minute drive to the Disneyland parking structures. Everything you need for your stay was provided. Nice having a large garage to park in overnight and a pool to have a swim. Communication with the management company was easy and thorough.

Hi, the house was great and offered the things for a baby that it advertised. The pool was too cold to use, so maybe next time we can enjoy that.
4.0 / 5.0
Great location with a clean, well equipped home. Less than a $10 rideshare away from the park with other amenities very close by.
The roadway is noisy and was disruptive. The window coverings were thin so the sunrise woke us up very early.
otherwise, a great place.

Our stay was pretty average, the home was smaller than pictures led to be, but the pool and outside seating area was amazing and as described. The home has an odd odor but I believe it’s from old plumbing. When issues arose the company responded quickly and had maintenance out the same day.

The property was great. The location was great. All of our concerns were addressed immediately. Would highly recommend. We will stay again if we return to the area.

Pros -
1) Really Close to Disney
2) Garage for parking one vehicle
3) Nice functional kitchen
Cons -
1) Bathrooms smelled like sewage, private bathroom smelled really bad, like rot guessing from drains.
2) Hallway bathroom shower filled with water, didnt drain well.
3) Bed hallway bedroom was very squeaky, when ever one of us moved it was really loud.. Was hard to sleep.
4) There was a ant problem in dining room, also smelled like bug spray.
5) Loud road noise, loud dogs next door.
6) Sucked that we couldn't go in backyard after 10pm Would've been nice to maybe swim after trip to Disney or at the very least be able to read a book outside under patio cover.. (monitored via camera with threat of eviction). **Anaheim rules for short term rentals **
7) Lots of soft spots in floor, possible dry rot, may also be cause of smell.

Hi - this property was conveniently located close to Disneyland and to the highways, as we headed to other entertainment areas.

The home was very beautiful.
But the pool was not heated.

We enjoyed the property. It was clean and comfortable. We had to wash towels half way through our five-day stay because we didn't have enough clean bath towels to last the whole time. The pool is lovely! Even though it wasn't heated, it was warm enough to swim in and the weather never fot over 75. It was spacious enough for us to have some quiet time alone. We drove to Disney because it's a mile away from the park. The road noise is loud, so bring ear plugs for sleeping! I suggest having power strips available because the outlet placement is not optimal.

We always love this place. From lounging in the backyard pool to snuggling up on couch for a movie this place is great for a family or a couple families. Close to stores and a 3 min Uber to Disney. The beds and pillows could be more soft and pool a bit warmer but it is the perfect place and we will definitely be staying again.

The home was clean and mostly comfortable. It had a few things that needed to be fixed or updated. However, overall it was a nice stay.
The rental company’s process to register, rent, and pay for the home was a bit much. I filled out no less than 3 different forms. One of which was a 6 page rental agreement, for a 3 night stay. For all of the paperwork, I was going expecting an immaculate home. - My expectations were not met.
There was also an issue with the front porch light. I told the company about it and they said they would contact maintenance. If they did, either the problem was not properly corrected or maintenance came after we left. -We had to come back at night in the dark.
They had just installed some new flooring. There was still tape on the floor from it. So, hopefully that means that the other minor issues (painting, updating furniture, fixing kitchen drawers, installing / fixing broken flooring, and the like) are also being addressed.
If not for the cumbersome paperwork process, I would happily stay again. The property is close to Disneyland. (A 20-30 minute walk or 5 minute drive.) It is in a relatively nice neighborhood. The home itself was clean and mostly comfortable. Also, the rental property staff were nice and professional through out communications.

This house Met our basic needs but I would not book again. Overall I would describe it was rundown. Drawer in the bathroom not working correctly- my husband fixed while we were there. Outside lights not working properly. Gas grill very difficult to light and thermometer not functioning so impossible to cook food without constantly checking it. This property boasts a full kitchen but did not have some basic things. I ended up buying items for our stay and left them with the house for the next family. Every pot and pan that I took out of the cupboard was dirty- I had to wash every dish before using them. In the rules they ask no shoes on the carpet/rugs but they’re dirty enough to stain your socks. The carpet and rugs are overdue for a shampoo or replacement. On the patio there was a heap of pool inflatables that were old, moldy and covered in dirt and brush. The property listing talked about the heated pool and I paid extra to rent this house over other properties because of the pool. We ended up not being able to use it at all because it was ice cold. I never would have rented this house if I realized the pool was not heated, the company that rents out this house has many properties so the section talking about pools is likely a blanket statement that does not apply to this property but they won’t tell you that. The garage door was extremely loud and got stuck about a foot from the ground every time you close it. The front door and back gate has key pad entry but when the garage door won’t close all the way the entire property is not secure. The property listing and multiple emails and texts from the company warned that you’re not allowed outside from 10pm-9am which is a blatant lie! They even went so far as to threaten that the property is under surveillance and violators could be fined! There is a noise ordinance during those hours. You can be outside as long as you’re not being disruptive. The next door neighbors on both sides of the house have dogs that bark their heads off, outside, all hours of the day.

We had a very nice stay at this property. Granted, we weren’t IN the property much (we were there for Disney) but the beds were comfortable and the fridge kept our beverages cold!
It’s about a mile walk (one way) to get to Downtown Disney. We took a Lyft a few times and it was super convenient.
The property is a little beat-up, but for price and location, we were happy.

The house is a 7 minute drive to the Disneyland parking garage, and the Anaheim convention center. Great pool, comfy couches. Dishwasher and washing machine available, although they're a little weathered. Beds are comfy, but very squeaky! Hosts are very communicative and kind.

Nice clean place close to Disney. Had a minor check in issue that was resolved. The water in the master bedroom shower was sulfur - yikes.

We rented this place due to the proximity to Disneyland. It felt like a safe area and neighbors were quiet. I read other reviews about this property and barking neighbor dogs but we did not have an issue.
Everything was clean and neat There were just inconvenience things but nothing to leave a poor review over.
The things for us were lack of electrical outlets or poor placement there of. No tv in the master bedroom which drove my spouse crazy but was relaxing for myself.
This property could definitely use darker curtains. Be ready to be up with the sun or love waking up with it. I guess it depends how you look at it. In the back bedroom the ceiling fan makes A LOT of noise so instead of using that there are box fans in each room (awesome) but no where to plug it in due to the only outlet being behind the bed. Kids room also had only one plug so they could only charge one phone at a time (fighting in suede between two preteens) and then the box fan.
Air conditioner worked great. The pool was beautiful and not freezing cold. When we arrived it was low but filled rather quickly with someone filling it while we were gone.
The parking is in the back alley which seemed sketchy but was not. Getting in the first night was odd looking for the way to get in but by reading the reviews I figured it out. We were not able to park in the front due to neighbors (respected) so we went through the back.
Like I said it was more inconvenient issues rather than an actual issue. The property was well kept and gave you a sense of nice security. Kitchen is beautiful bathrooms are beautiful. In the master it does have carpet damage (well used and loved home)
We would stay here again and know how to prepare for charging stations and eye pillows

Knock Knock. Who's there?
First time using a vacation rental and I am overall content with my stay.
Pros
Great communication with the rental company.
The house was very clean and orderly.
Enough room for the family.
Great location, very close to major attractions.
Great amenities.
It had a very homely feel.
The kids loved the pool.
Enclosed garage parking.
Private backyard pool area.
City park across the street.
Cons
Anaheim's rental curfew.
Restricted street parking.
Kinda of late check in.
Back alley a little questionable.
Neighbors dogs barking.
Very lit front area with light curtains to block it out.
The most troublesome to my family, random people knocking at the door everytime we returned.
Overall I would use this house and rental company again.
I give a 90 out of a 100 mainly because the rental company does not have control over most of my gripes.
I hope this helped.

Great location
So close to Disneyland. Great little place. The pool was great, I just wish there was an option to heat it up as it was too cold in May to swim.

Great stay for a girls trip!
I would highly recommend this property! They communicate with you well and set up a wonderful stay!

Poor service
The parking is only in a dirty alley behind the home. The only way to get in with code is through the front door which you have to go through 3 old iron gates to get to. The listing pictures didn't match. The furniture was old and lumpy and hard to sit on. (Not the same as in listing pictures) Internet and cable was out for 2 days and we were lied to that there was an outage in the area. But actually after talking with spectrum they said it was the router. The back bedroom has an old squeaky bed that is impossible to sleep in. The kitchen is infested with ants. Couldn't keep any food on counters. Both neighbors had multiple dogs that barked ALL day and evening. We were not allowed outside until after 9am but the dogs were up early barking away. Pool was freezing and not heated. That could be put in the ad as not heated since the listing title is poolside retreat. Rental company never apologized for any issues and never offered any compensation for how terrible the amenities were. I would never use this rental company again.

Great option for privacy
It was either rent an entire house with a private pool or go a little cheaper and rent a condo for the week. This was by far the better option! Funtierland was VERY responsive to any/all inquiries I had before, during and after our stay. There were a few cosmetic issues but nothing to cry about, (except maybe the neighbors barking dog. I may have wanted to cry a few mornings about that). Being a 5 minute drive to Disneyland was the biggest perk! We had a blast and will absolutely be back to book with Funtierland.
Thanks for the memories!

Disneyland get-away
This house was great and very close commute to Disney Parks. The pool was enjoyable. The location is on a busy road and very close to a school. Management company was fairly on it with communication, which was nice.
With that said, and in no way does the following reflect in our rating, the city ordinance rules were a total joke! Houses on both side with dogs barking at all hours of the night and morning. Construction work with hammering and power tools at 0730. Rooster out the back starting early. None of these noises bothered our family much as we are used to them at home. Just find it sad that it has to be so strictly enforced and we could not quietly enjoy the pool in the morning prior to 0900 or evening past 2000.

Loved it - and was annoyed. Hard to rate.
It was a great vacation and part of the reason why was staying at this VRBO property which is close to Disney and has a pool. Also talked to the people at Funtierland and they seem to be wonderful people.
That said, there are several things that could help the property be better. I did share these with Funtierland before we left. None of these things were deal breakers - just annoyances.
The air didn't work when we got there, but Funtierland stayed on it with the service guy until it was fixed. It was a new unit and sometimes stuff happens. When fixed, it worked great. Note, I did call and leave a message with a phone service and after several hours I called back and they never got the message. Once I talked to them, they got service on it right away.
The sliding glass door and screen door were a big issue. They were hard to open/close. We think they came in and tried to fix it while we were out and it was better for an hour or so, but then went back to. being REAL hard to use. At one point as I was trying to get it open, it came off the tracks and started to fall on me. Not good!
If you need a dark room to sleep, make sure you bring a sleep mask. This is a very bright area, lots of outside lights and the drapes in the bedrooms are sheer so they don't block lights.
If you need quiet to sleep, bring ear plugs. This is in no way the fault of the property owners, but still, it's noisy - traffic and dogs.
The back door by the washer/dryer has a very simplistic lock on it. I'd put something by the door to make it harder to get in.
Parking in the garage and getting in the house are a little different. I'd ask for instructions.
Those are the major annoyances. Let me say again that the vacation was wonderful and a lot of that was due to the house. The kids were in the pool a lot. And the Funtierland people were very nice. Once these issues are resolved, it'll be a great place.
