Location was decent

Room cleanliness, found half used bottle of baby lotion under the bed. Main room lightbulb was dead upon arrival. Staff were having some kind of celebration/party and the room we were located in was right next to the "staff room?" as well as under the stairs so we could hear people going up and down. Room smelled like mould.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures - it looks nothing like them. Marks all over the walls, bedding was dirty. It was like staying in a hostel.

DO NOT stay here on a weekend for work purposes. Was woken up 10:30pm up until 3am. Loud noises, people partying group of 4-6 people. Slamming doors, shouting, and was clearly drunk. Tried to get in contact with the hotel management. No response so had to call booking.com who submitted a complaint and attempted to call 2 numbers for management. The next morning nobody even responded to my missed call or text message. Instead I was face to face with a RUDE female manager. No apology for the lack of sleep etc, and instead said “we do not answer the phones after 10pm”. Not really good if there’s an emergency at the property? Booking.com have offered me a £10 refund, which clearly I’m appealing as I stayed here for 2 nights.

The bathroom was clean. Nice cafe not too far from the property

The facility was dirty. The pillow had stains the lamp had cobwebs .

Easy to get in to

Nothing. Photos don’t look like the actual property, you’re better of living outside. Toilet is dirty, carpets got iron marks on it. Seen other reviews about bed bugs. You can hear a car drive passed every 10 seconds, when someone walks outside the outside flood light comes on. Actually disgusting place to sleep in. Booking.com need to remove this off their site.

Clean & comfortable.

I’m not sure who the middle to old aged man was who rudely knocked on my car window while I was parked at the property asking what I want. I replied saying I have a booking here and he then rudely said “well not if you don’t have a confirmation key for it” I held my patience and then he further went onto telling me to park better since the space is for 3 cars not one. Albert View has always been good but this owner needs a reality check from someone soon, therefore I will be leaving 1 star.

Room was quite small

As always v efficient and super quiet comfortable rooms

The shower took a while to heat up but when it did itvwas perfect

The room was good, it had a desk and a tv and the bathroom had everything we needed.

There was a heater in the room that didn’t allow us to adjust the temperature. It ran hot and was pressed up against the bed which could have been a fire hazard. The dial for adjusting the temperature was broken off. We tried to let the owner know and didn’t get a response. The kitchen had one knife and one fork for all guests and a no frying pans. Only one saucepan for boiling rice.

Spacious room

Shower and toilet tap was not the best. Felt like in a old room and not too dark to sleep when closing the windows curtains.

The location was convenient because of its nearness to the bus stop. It made it easier to access transportation

The TV in my room was not working. Inconsistencies with adjusting the shower for warm water.m throughout a bath.

Close to Manchester arena

The location was good

The noise, people kept on making noise till 2am in the morning. When I arrived the kettle on the room had coffee and I wasn't sure how long that coffee had been in the kettle and I really wanted to make myself a cup of tea so I had to go to the kitchen and wash it. The bedding didn't feel clean.

The room was cosy and bed very comfortable.

It was quite noisy with traffic and other residents not being very considerate. Stool neither use nor ornament, cardboard cups could be replaced with charity shop mugs. Hole in the wall easily fixable.

The location was great as it wasn't far from the arena, the bed was comfy.

I can't believe they are showing those pictures to show what the rooms look like. The pictures are nothing like the room we had. It want very clean at all, black mouldy shower. It is located on a very busy road, so if are going with the intention of sleeping I wouldn't choose here.

The free Wi-Fi

They don't answer the phone at all. No one received me on arriving . I kept asking for help until the maid contacted the manager to accept checking me in earlier. I was checked in the corridor infront of the room given to me. No inner phone to contact anyone incase of emergency. The bed was not even dusted. The room has no fan and if the window is closed it is extremely hot. Keeping the window open all night hindered my sleeping for fear of having anyone or any animal or insect to jump in since it is the ground floor. All in all, it is a terrible that I will never be to again.
