The flat is set in a huge beautiful house with other nine flats. It was easy to get to the lock to open the property. The flat is very spacious and tastefully decorated, situated on the first floor. There are stairs, no lifts. We drank a lot of tea in this flat, no wine. It was easy to find and the property is protected by CCTV. The owner was a very nice lady, answered all our questions, she was very prompt and helpful.

The kitchen could do with more pots and pans, a nice new crockery set and it definitely needs new baking trays. The old ones are very worn out and rusty. The kitchen has a nice big fridge but the freezer compartments are frozen in, cannot be open, one is completely broken, only one draw is functional. If the property was mine, I would invest in king sizes beds in two bedrooms and matching towel sets. The flat had a cloth horse to dry things on, which was very helpful.

The location was great and the rooms were all good sized and the bathroom and kitchen facilities were very well presented. The fact whilst only a short stay the owner still checked in with us to see if eveything was fine was great customer service.

Not so much a dislike more of an observation from all visitors that the mattress are probably all nearing change for more expected comfort. Other than this there was not anything not to like Personally I would have preferred to also have terrestrial TV option but understand the business rationale. I would definitely stay again.

A beautiful flat in a very quiet setting, yet within easy reach of Ipswich town centre. Furnished to a very high standard and extremely clean. Host was excellent at communicating and very responsive to any enquiries.

Property well reflected in photos sent in advance, with really helpful directions to the property. Property very spacious in quiet location with walk from front door onto the heath but very close to main roads into Suffolk.

We ate out so didn't really use kitchen but both agreed we couldn't really fault it.

Loved the inclusion of a high chair for our little one. Main two bedrooms were a great size. Loads of space for us as a family of four. Excellent, quiet location which for us was close to all our family!

The flat was very clean and owners had supplied some tea, coffee, sugar and tea towels/cloth/washing up liquid so we had everything we needed. They went above and beyond to provide a brand new highchair and there were plates and cutlery for a baby. Very thoughtful. Easy to access on arrival with a keysafe, rather than needing to check in.

One of the double beds was extremely soft and creaked at the slightest movement, so not a good night's sleep the first night. Not a fan of leather sofas but can understand the practicality of it for wiping down. Distance to coast was okay, but even slightest hold up on the A road meant a long delay. More useful for staying near to Ipswich and visiting the town.

Wonderful location, relatively close to Ipswich, amenities and coast. Very peaceful with plenty of wildlife passing through large garden. Apartment was good size, well equipped and clean.
