The facility is sparkling clean in a good location close to town centre, train and bus stations. The studio room is lovely and equiped with every household facility you can think of.

everything destroyed into the property, the doors on the wardrobe broken, oven not working, some sockets not working, everything dirty inside. the owner didn’t answer at the phone when I needed some answers.

I stayed in the studio flat. I loved the flat, very beautiful, comfortable. had everything for a person or a couple. great value for money, close to the center and close to everything. all very new!

I didn't like it because there was a Neighbor upstairs and they were all night long making noise very late at night (it was like high heels). on my last day i couldn't sleep with the noise. other than that the rest is perfect.

Room smelled old, bed was a small double, way too small for 2 people, bed had a tear in the headboard which was fixed the the owner using cheap masking tape, found silver fish in the room, found centipede in the bathroom, no spare bed sheets, no facilities to clean the flat, electricity went off twice (second time we were without electricity for an hour), mould on the walls, bathroom mat was dirty so we had to buy a new one, shower extremely small, internet poor and very unsafe, tethered from my phone the whole time, TV was hooked to an antenna which was not working most of the time, the upstairs neighbours were stomping every single night until late hours. If i would have to stay somewhere in Ipswich again, I will not stay there! There was zero value for money! It was so horrible we had to eat out all the time as we did not want to use any of the facilities in the studio.

For the price it is well worth it. The beds where comfortable also had fresh towels and other little bits there like hand soap and toilet paper. And also has car parking space.

The building is not the cleanest or well looked after of places strong smells in there all the time plus the main bedroom window opens up into the car parking and bin area so was a bad smell in there all the time even if you kept the window shut.

Everything about it was great.
