It was very clean and everyone was nice
I paid for the hotel on booking.com. ($200) Then when I checked in, they needed my credit card. I explained I already paid online. They said this was for incidentals. When we checked out the next day, they charged me $234 one day then $204 on check out day then another $17 for incidentals (snacks we did charge to the room) when I went back to the front desk and showed her my bank account where they had charged me $450 (plus the $200 I already paid for the room) she said she would fix it but it would take several days for it to show up in my account. This was the first 4th of July we were able to take my 9 year old son out due to my husband having severe PTSD from serving in Iraq. We were not planning on paying $650 for one night at a hotel. Therefore we had to cancel the remainder of our plans due to not knowing how long it will take to be reimbursed the money, with the only explanation of the girl at check in was new and made a mistake. Very disappointing.

My husband and I really liked breakfast. We liked the many varieties available for breakfast.
We appreciate the healthy fruit options as well as cold and hot beverages available 24 hours for free for your customers. We also liked the ability to have the option to purchase food at your front desk.
We received great customer service from the time we arrived. The housekeeping staff was amazing. Upon departing We received nothing but great customer service. We have already recommended family and friends to your hotel location. We will be back that is for sure. Great customer service, clean and comfortable place to stay. We were pleased 100 percent. Keep up the good work!

We requested housekeeping twice and only received it the day before we checked out. Our total stay was 6 days and we needed toilet paper, towels, etc and had to keep asking over and over for service. It’s one of the worst we’ve stayed at. We always stay with home2 and have in multiple states multiple times. Never had this issue before. Very disappointed.

It's in a great location
The facility does not seem well maintained. Side entrance door didn't work. Pool was broken. Elevator was shifty.

Nice selection of breakfast foods. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was located in a nice central location.
There was no selection of gluten-free breakfast options. The first room we were checked into smelled like someone spilled a bottle of perfume on the floor. The staff moved us without any problem.

I was impressed by how clean everything was and how everyone was so nice, Ashley was so sweet checking us in and out, it was the best place we have stayed at in our 18 years of coming to Johnson City. I would highly recommend staying there.

I was charged twice and they were not able to refund immediately.

Ok choices on food.
The room was NOT clean, much hair on the bathroom floor and behind the toilet on the shower floor. Microwave was NOT cleaned, hair on the pillows in the sofa sleeper bag (items must have been just placed back in the bag from last use). Hair on towels in bathroom. EXTREME dust on top of refrigerator and shelving units. Inside of the refrigerator was NOT wiped down.
Bed looked as it had just been remade and sheets NOT changed. Was told by the front desk that they "would check the room". I am a QC inspector in housekeeping for a very large resort with locations across the USA, and none of this would be acceptable. You will see from just a few of the many photos I took.
