My family of 4 had a wonderful stay. The room and overall hotel was very clean and nice overall. My family and our friends loved the attached restaurant. They have a deal of if you’re staying at the hotel kids eat free with the purchase of an adult entree. Therefore my husband and I only had to pay for our meals and our 2 kids were free. It was a huge plus for us! We would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed my stay, room was great, bed was just right. Breakfast was sufficient. I loved the fact that there was liquid hand soup dispenser in the bathroom. Hotel was close to pretty much everything Mt Juliet had to offer. I will give this hotel another chance, but the noise has got to give.
The only issue was the lobby and hallways were LOUD, no respect, for guests trying to sleep. Front desk was no help with noise. Quiet hours were posted but not followed.

The hotel seems pretty new, the room was comfortable and had high end finishes. Bed was very comfortable. Fridge was very small and didnt cool very well. The room was clean except a few long hairs laying around the bathroom. Grab n go breakfast was a bust for me, had breakfast elsewhere. I prefer the fresh breakfast served at Holiday Inn Express which is owned by the same company. Will probably choose the Holiday Inn Express next time.

Oakland was absolutely fantastic! We left on my daughter's birthday and she was extremely welcoming to her. She even gelped ys to sray another night.

The staff weren't very friendly, the room was very tiny, the air conditioner sounded like it was flying apart every time it kicked on and was so we couldn't sleep, there wasn't a microwave in the room, the toilet kept clogging, there wasn't a plunger anywhere and it took forever for someone to find one when one was needed. It was very noisy and overpriced and I wouldn't be back.

I got there on time to check in. Woman at the counter checked my license and checked me in. We went and took a nap and we noticed the television had a different name in the welcome here line. Didn’t think anything of it went to town and came back and asked. The gentleman that was there then said he didn’t see our reservation and that the room we staying in was dirty and vacant. Very poor customer service from the staff at the counter. Didn’t comp us anything but the two drinks we had brought up to pay for. The room looked clean when we first got there. New towels and sheets. But come on. We stayed in the room from there on out.

The bathroom was dirty, and the installed bath wash was empty. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain. The floors were dirty and sticky. Wifi didnt work, and the front desk was rude when asked about it. We used the in-room iron, and when we plugged it into their standard outlet, it blew the breaker. We lost all power in the room. They fixed it, then we plugged in a hair dryer, and it blew another breaker, so we were in the dark again. We never typically write a review, but for this being a newer hotel, and the expense, we felt we had to share this experience. We would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean and new. Breakfast was grab and go with fruit, pastries, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, drinks, etc. We were on the 5th floor, and it was super quiet. Only issue I had; we had no TV the 2 night stay. Informed the desk, but nothing was ever done. We did spend some time in our room; so this was a issue for us. Also, We arrived late and wanted a drink at the bar, but it closes at 8pm. Other than those few issues; our stay was pleasant.

Our room did not get cleaned the first day. We were late leaving the room for the day, so I don’t know if that was our mistake and we missed out on getting it cleaned. We asked the front desk to have the room swept because my husband had a lot of dirt on his shoes but he said it was too late. The next day, when the room was cleaned, the plastic cups in the bathroom were thrown away and not replaced. I needed one to take medications. Glad we had our own cups to use.

Very nice modern room. The only thing that could be improved was the refrigerator didn't have a freezer section. I travel with small ice packs and had no way to freeze them. Otherwise, I would say it was the best place we stayed out of 4 hotels.
