no light when come into room no place to hang clothes floors were cold could use a rug in bathroom and by the bed, bed was so hard i had a problem sleeping no soft chair to sit in so i had to sleep in hard chair for 3 hours people had to party outside our room until after 3 am i was awaking by them drunk men the price i paid was more than when i booked they charged us 20.00 more for mis. and we didnt get anything extra or charge anything room was not messed up when we left so dont know why we were charged more when we checked out should give back our money for that. not happy about it

It was warm and in a convenient location for the holidays

The rooms look like they were just thrown together, paint chipped on the walls and the floor was filthy, bathroom was filthy and super gross, there were holes in the doors looking out into the hallway and the locks weren’t secure at all. We ended up just leaving 10 minutes after we stepped foot into the room, we could not stay it was so nasty, there was even green sticky stuff all over the inside of the door.

everything, place is NASTY. not what the pictures look like, everything is disgusting and smells awful. Walked into the room and left right away, asked for a refund because we ended up not staying there, the person I spoke to kept saying that the manager was not “available”.. stay away from this place.

the price was reasonable

The hotel is very run down, no staff on site after 6 or overnight, checked in via a kiosk with a camera to communicate with staff (maybe a sign of things to come). Lots of litter in the parking lot. Felt unsafe with no staff on site.
