The house had everything I needed. A clean room. Clean bathroom with good shower. Clean kitchen with lots of teabags:-) Good value for money.

One of the worst places I have ever been in. For what was charged it was very disappointing.

No one there to meet you just the speaker at the door had to park up on the sidewalk 2 yellow lines the speaker at the door told me your ok for now but be gone around 8 before the nice wardens come around bed wasn't very good room right next to kitchen people coming and going talking loud Banging about very noisy I know it was cheap but for a few more pounds I should have went to travel lodge which I did the next night i wouldn't stay there again I would sleep in van first sorry...cheers peace 😊

The behaviour and the service

Friendly manager. Room was very clean and comfortable. Although some facilities were shared with other guests, I had full use of a fully fitted kitchen with cooking and washing machine etc all at no extra cost. Price was excellent, it was cheaper for me to stay here overnight than getting a taxi home would have been. For my trip this was the perfect solution. A huge choice of TV channels available through the modern smart TV. Fast WiFi.

It's cheap

I don't know where to start really. The owner wasn't there when I arrived, one of the other guests had to let me in. I messaged the owner asking what was going on, he sent me a message back giving me the pin code to get the key out from wall safe thing. It just didn't seem legit. There are no facilities in the room at all, no tea or coffee making facilities as advertised. There was a shared kitchen with a microwave and Kettle etc, but no coffee, sugar or milk, although I did give dove tea bags. The shared bathroom had no toilet roll at all! There was a flatscreen TV in the room, but no arial, so no TV. It did have a firestick connected, but you can't watch anything on it unless you have an account, so next to useless for me. Basically, this isn't a guest house, it's a hostel. Thankfully I had the room with a bed, the other room literally had a mattress on the floor. Both rooms had dirty bed sheets, which by any standard is disgusting. Having been made homeless due to family issues, I've been sleeping in my car, so at least this was better than that, but only just. Still, what do you expect for £36. Spend the extra few quid and go somewhere anywhere else
