The hotel was nice, very modern look.

I did not like that the valet parking attendant, broke something in my vehicle.

The breakfast was very good. The table waiter was on top of our needs. He is always friendly.

Die Lage ist außerhalb von Downtown Washington in Bethesda. Dort ist es sehr sauber und ordentlich. Viele kleinere Geschäfte in Laufnähe. Die Zimmer sind groß und es ist stylisch eingerichtet. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Roof TopBar ist wirklich sehr schön und das Essen dort sowie auch im Restaurant war super! Das Personal dort war klasse.

Der Check in war eine einzige Katastrophe- das Personal hat keinerlei Ahnung von dem was es tut, so etwas habe ich zum Glück noch nie erlebt. Auf den Zimmer gibt es keine Bademäntel, Slipper oder den üblichen Komfort wie turning Down am Abend. Die Reinigung der Zimmer ist zwar gut, geschieht jedoch nur auf Anfrage an der Rezeption und dann irgendwann am Tag- meist nachmittags. Zettel und Stifte sind nicht auf dem Zimmer verfügbar die Minibar ist leer. Für den Preis und für die Hotelkategorie erwarte ich deutlich mehr, Service existiert schlicht nicht. Schlimm war auch das die Klimaanlage die einzige Möglichkeit war Frischluft ins Zimmer zu lassen, Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden.

I was here for a funeral- used to live in bethesda, md. I loved location and the room was very comfortable. it was quiet on my floor which I appreciated since I was coming and going to support my bereaved friends.

ordered some 'to go' food at the bar that took quite a long time. would have been nicer if they just said , its going to take a while (over 25/30 mins) for your appetizers, why dont we bring them up to your room?
