The King Room w/ city view was nice and clean.

The price to park was a little high. There was another option given for a different place to park, but the pricing wasn't explained in a way that made since.

Large rooms and big open spaces. It was very comfortable and clean. The staff was amazing and so helpful and welcoming

Overpowering air freshener smell in lobby. Cafe was extremely expensive for coffee/tea/breakfast.

Hotel sehr modern, Zimmer sehr großzügig geschnitten, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Nähe zur U-Bahn war perfekt. Gegenüber befindet sich ein Parkhaus; Sonntags ist das Parken frei.

Der ein oder andere Mitarbeiter wirkt eher unmotiviert, so dass man sich nicht als Gast willkommen fühlt. Housekeeping hat in unserem Zimmer nicht stattgefunden. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht; der Kaffee wird jedoch extra berechnet bzw. der Voucher einen festen Wert. Von einem Hotel in dieser Kategorie hätte ich das nicht erwartet.

Parking convenient across the street in garage but work out a deal with them to help customers

The hotel is located in an area that is serviced by Metro only a block away. Plenty of restaurants within a few blocks. Beds were comfortable, A/C worked great. Towels and shower were very good as was the TV and the channel options

The pillows were far too soft. My head was swallowed up by the pillows. The chair at the desk was a bit too firm. Lets get a happy balance between the two. The supplies in the shower had no body wash and a limited amount of shampoo. No complememtry breakfast offered.

The staff were very kind and professional

At the time of check-in they asked us if we want our room to be cleaned and we said yes. But no one cleaned our room. When I told the front desk about it she didn’t care at all and didn’t do anything about it.

They allowed us to extend our checkout to 4PM.

Prepaying for breakfast makes no sense as you still are charged menu prices. If you spend under the $15, you are not given change. But if you spend over $15 you are charged the extra. The cost of breakfast is much too expensive for what you get.

The first thing was they were able to let us check in early before 4 pm which was amazing because not a lot of hotels will do that. The hotel/room was clean when we arrived and it was a beautiful place to stay. We had no major problem staying there and everyone was so friendly.

Housemaids only clean every other day when it should be every day just in case you need your trash to be taken out or need more towels or toiletries.

The breakfast was good. The entire Staff were very professional and exceeded all my request! The location was amazing. The hotel was very new and Upscale. The view from the top floors were breathtaking! Will definitely return!

The parking was a little expensive but expected.

Friendly staff location was great comfortable bed clean environment.
