Great location and reasonable price.

Someone got into my room at 9:00 am it was so scary. I didn’t have a chance to speak to the manager. Then they try to get in again at 12:30. I don’t know who it was but it was very scary.

Leaving this here until the double charge gets cleaned up.

Location, price, clean room

Breakfast was unnecessary chaos every day. Hunting for a fork, stalking a waiter for a yogurt. Half self serve, half table service and neither well staffed.

Did not stay for long but I love the lobby area. It was very inviting and there were a good amount of choices od Snacks. The employee Alfred was very kind and patient. I appreciated his hospitality, especially when I was confused about parking. before I checked in, I called earlier about other questions, and the staff was just very patient, and answered my questions. also, the hotel is in a good location. There are a lot of restaurants around and scenery.

Good location, standard hotel room. They offered a free breakfast buffet all the month of June, which was nice.

AC fan on low was like a gale wind blowing! No microwave. Bathroom could use a dimmer or nightlight. Very creepy underground parking with unsecured access to the hotel. I thought that was odd. When I took issue with the $30/night parking fee they charged $15. Before my stay they had emailed me that it would cost $5/night!

OVERPRICED AND UNBELIEVABLY CHEAPLY APPOINTED HOTEL. WORST MARRIOTT COURTYARD ROOM I HAVE EVER STAYED IN AT 40 YEARS. THEY SHOULD LOSE THEIR MARIOTT FLAG AND RE-BRAND THIS AS A RED ROOF OR MOTEL 6. Felt soiled and disgusting after stay. Bathroom fixtures were pure plastic - not even chrome plated plastic. None worked - shower diverter pull and shower head both leaked. No soap or body wash, even while they left clips for the body wash attachments on shower of hotel. HVAC filter not changed in years. Got headache and sinus infection. Carpet had not been cleaned in 5 years - feet got dirty walking around without socks. No glassware - just plastic cups. No . NO real wood anywhere - just laminate and hard plastic surfaces as poor fake plastic laminate which did not even look like wood. No trah can in bathroom. No free waters by coffee maker. No refrigerator. IT WAS AN INNCREDIBLY CHEAP HOTEL WHICH DAMAGED MARIOTT'S BRAND. The owner cut corners everywhere. It felt disgusting, while cost $300 a night with tax. This was a $39 room in a great location (near the Metro). The owner was trying to squeeze too much profit out of each room by not spending any money whatsoever to keep up hotel to Courtyard standards. Do not stay here. Do not stay in any Marriott anywhere, if they are willing to flag this hotel as part of their Courtyard brand. I never ever write reviews, but this hotel was so cheap and disgusting I felt compelled to recommend against it to other travelers. DO NOT STAY HERE.

EVERYTHING. Except the staff. The owner should lose the Marriott flag. Is this hotel ever inspected by the franchisor?

after cleaning room, staff did not leave any bath towels and took a long time to get towels only one coffee cup in the morning. did not replenish coffee pods for second morning. no linens in room for pull out bed lumpy pillows

there was an awful smell when you walk in the lobby. seemed like a combination of cleaning supplies and raw sewage.

I liked the location. It was easy to get around and close enough to Washington dc that it was convenient. The rooms were clean and modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like that I had to pay an extra $30 a day to park my car when I was already a guest of the hotel paying a nightly room rate. I feel that should be included in the price of the room. This is the first hotel I ever stayed at that charged me to park my car in their lot.

When I went to leave I was unable to get out of the parking area. I specifically asked at checkout if all I needed was the pass they gave me. I scanned the pass and it did not work....it's now easy to go in and out at this location.
