the staff was rude and room was nasty I was asked to pay 1472 when i booked threw Booking.com it’s said 987 with resort fee and taxes included then I left a review after my stay on Tuesday I was booked to stay Wednesday to Sunday also Thursday around 5 pm the mangers flunkie came and knocked on the door the owner asked us to leave the property and still charged for the whole stay I did not brake any rules just because I left a honest review

There was a coined operated washer and dryer outside my room which I was able to use to wash clothes. That's about the only positive.

The cable tv didn't work. There was no ice machine. The room was dirty. The pipes from the bathroom in the room above ours were leaking and it dripped directly onto the toilet in our room through a light... very dangerous. The towels were old and dirty looking. It was not a very nice hotel.

Place was clean and quiet.staff was respectful and wasn't rude like allot of other places in the immediate area.

The bathroom was tiled and pretty decent.

I’m an Iraq veteran with a service animal and showed proof,I was then charged $179 dog cleaning fee and my dog is highly trained and the owner was on the phone with hotel clerk even tho I seen a $135 cleaning fee charge on desk. my stay was non refundable,so I had no choice to pay. I was fully scammed.

The bathroom was nice

they tried to charge u for every little thing , they are rude in the office , rooms are over priced for what they really are . told me I had a room w a sea view and only view I had was the hotel next door

I liked the he location of the actual room and the design of it.

When I went to lay in the bed the mattress almost fell off of the bed.

The location was the only thing I liked.

I had to pay $130 to have my dog there which is an outrageous and unadvertised fee. The curtains did not cover the windows very well so there was light coming in all night. The bathroom sink is tiny, could barely brush my teeth or shave. I had to climb on a table to turn the heat on. The outside, including the pool is under construction, just a mess. There was no coffee pot in the room and the front office was not even open by 8am. Just a poorly managed place. Would not recommend to anyone.

It was disgusting.

Except for the personnel being friendly, There’s nothing to like this place. We just needed a place to sleep after our flight was canceled 3x due to mechanical issues.

The room was dirty and smelled like old, damp clothes. There were plenty of bread crumbs when we opened the pull out sofa. AC was not working even when the hotel manager came said it’s fixed. Room was warm despite the addition of an electric fan we asked from manangement. We checked in Sunday, 8/15, at 12:15 am and checked out at 11:00 am on same day. They charged $664.00. Felt like robbery in broad daylight.

I didn't like the fact that the room smelled like mold it had spiderwebs and gnat in room. The sheets had two stains on it then it was hell just to turn key to get in room we had to keep getting the owner to open it or hurt our own hands rust was on just about everything then we asked for a different room he wanted an extra $250 for the suite we looked at it the light didn't work rust in tub I seen the nasty couch in the dark so I can just imagine what it looks like with light on the wash area is a mess they Really need to upgrade and update yes both this was our anniversary and first time here and I was very sad my husband got us another room and now our honeymoon starts thanks to BOOKING.COM I COULD KEEP GOING BUT I WANT LET THIS BREAK MY SPIRIT good day.
