It was cheap compare to others

It was quite dirty. Bed clothes, floor, towels..

Breakfast was great . Coffee not good though ( only constructive ) staff friendly

Great staff! Very polite and helpful. Room was definitely worth the price. Clean and tidy.

Nothing was in a state to like. I only stayed as I had paid and had no where else to go

Really good for the price however lots of police arrived and ruckus when we got there for people in the bar! Main point is the staff are lovely, don’t remember what she looked like she was blonde and wore and orange top she was such a darling

We were able to book a couple of nights at short notice. The price at the venue was the same as on Booking.com. cheapest in the area. It was in the location we needed. Made things easy. The staff tried to help, letting us change room although they were all unclean what was left. Car parking included. It was above a pub with a party happening. We could not hear the noise from our room.

The room was unacceptably dirty. You could tell the beds had been changed, but the carpet needs replacing. There were stains all over it and you can tell it hadn't been hoovered for time. There were brown stains on the lower sink and the shower screen had not been cleaned. If you dropped something on the floor, it would have 3 different colored hairs on it when you picked it up. The beds were sunken in one of the rooms, but the one we chose was not too bad.

The Inn is located above a pub, so the entrance is always crowded with happy atmosphere. the location was great, very close to the train , to grocery shop and the 1 good restaurant ( and many snacks)

The rooms are only double room so if you are a family don't count on extra bed. There is an issue with payment between the hotel and booking, booking charged me and did not pay the hotel so the hotel double charged me at check in. when i showed them i already paid they asked me to approach booking.com. of course i will be refunded but the hassle of it isn't worse it. moreover, when i asked the hotel for beer as compensation they said they have nothing to compensate me for and that booking.com should compensate me.

all the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

rooms are basic. no tea or coffee facilities. very poor quality mattresses - could feel every spring. whilst the sheets and towels were clean, and room had been cleaned fine, there was dirty marks the walls, blind’s and furniture. and the carpet was awful was stained and had cigarette burns.

Friendly good value for money. Coffee in the morning. Shower gel soap provided

Very hot in the room. Could do with a fan . Very little windows in the place. No remote control for TV..

Location was easy for Villa Park and visit to BullRing . Simple train

Toe nail clippings on the widow seal , Dirty in corners of the bathroom and the Ariel for the TV was broken (so no telly) No one on site in case of emergency - found that out at 7am when the people next door were locked in and couldn't get out. Walls so thin I could hear the person snoring in another room all night Staff - The house keeper was really friendly and helpful. The Lady on the desk wasn't friendly upon arrival, even giving wrong access code to doors . In the morning miserable as hell because people were ordering breakfast at 945 (says in room 8-10)

Friendly staff and very helpful as I have Parkinsons disease helped me withmy luggage. During the day the pub part of the property was very busy with locals who were also friendly.

The mattress on the bed was terrible I didn't sleep well at all the springs had gone in the middle it was so uncomfortable but I was only stopping one night so I didn't complain

size of the room

bathroom did not feel too clean shower window, not enough toilet paper was provided, carpets are stained and old need changing or replacing. No kettle to make a cup of tea or coffee come on even travelodge has a kettle thats the most basic of things to provide the customer.

The accommodation is really worth for the money. Rooms are good all necessary facilities were there. Staff were friendly and flexible. Excellent WI-Fi

TV remote was not working properly. But it didn't matter to us.
