The staff were friendly welcoming and could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. The room was big comfortable and clean. The bar and restaurant were great and good value.

The location is good but it’s not really a place where you can safely walk around. Martin on the security gate was very helpful and we used Uber to get around so it wasn’t a major problem.

Verschrikkelijk met de avond begon de muziek en hoelater in de nacht hoe harder de herrie en van 12 uur in de nacht drunde de muziek door tot in de kamers tot 4 /5 uur in de vroege morgen van de clubs aan de overkant van de straat. Omstreeks 4/ 5 uur ging de muziek wat zachter maar nog steeds luid genoeg om het te horen.

Ubicado en proximidad de centro comercial. Personal en recepción es muy amable, habitación muy cómoda, en una esquina, en piso elevado, con vista en dos direcciones.

No merece críticas negativas por haber sido una estadía muy breve.

El desayuno correcto, el personal muy amable. Llegamos tarde por la noche y tenían la cocina cerrada, pero nos prepararon unas patatas fritas riquísimas. Fue de agradacer :-)

Las intalaciones un poco antiguas, pero el hotel es muy acogedor y dormimos muy bien.

Good place to stay for a short time. Rooms are clean and spacious, Staff is really friendly and helpful. Everything what is needed for a short stay is provided. The rooms contain a fridge, small safe and even a smart TV for Netflix, etc.

Es un edificio antiguo pero está todo muy bien conservado. Pieza amplia y baño cómodo. Lo mejor es la ubicación, cerca de centros comerciales (como el Sarit centre) y restaurantes/bares (como Nairobi street kitchen y The alchemist).

조식은 간단했지만 가격대비 훌륭한 구성과 맛으로 매우 만족합니다. 청결하고, 직원들 서비스도 매우 좋았다고 생각합니다. 주변환경은 나쁘지 않고, 우버 택시를 이용하기도 편했습니다.

유일한 아쉬운 점은 본인의 업무 지역과의 거리 문제로 위치였지만, 어디까지나 개인 사정에 따라 다른 문제일 듯 합니다. 주말 저녁에 묵을 경우 소음에 민감하신 분들은 주변에 행사 등으로 자정까지 약간 시끄러울수는 있습니다만 개인적으로는 창문을 닫으면 크게 거슬리는 수준은 아니었습니다.

O pessoal do hotel era super atencioso. Fomos muito bem tratados e o pequeno almoço era bastante completo. Tem várias lojas perto do hotel e incluindo um mercado com vários restaurantes com preços acessiveis.

All the staff were nice and helpful. Limited but reasonable breakfast is available. In general I feel this hotel was good value for money and would stay again if visiting the area.

Really friendly staff. They allowed us to check in at an unusual time (4am). Always very helpful, gave us good advice. Room big, modern bathroom.

Not the hotels fault but there was a loud dog outside the room both times we stayed there.

The only challenge was that I struggled to connect to internet from my room so I used a lot of my data hot spotting so I could use my computer. But it works at reception.

Comforatble rooms, friendly staff, close to shopping malls and restaurants. Good location.

Good clean hotel, located in the business quarter, i.e. in Westlands, close to shopping malls and by taxi close to the central district (important to me, as I needed to go there almost daily). A bit too close to some disco bars or alike, but with windows closed this was ok to sleep properly (notably applicable to Thursdays and Fridays nights, otherwise it is normally calm, not facing big avenues but smaller streets). It is also a safe hotel, there a several measures in place for that. Staff particularly needs to be appreciated, super kind and smiling, very nice atmosphere. Photos attached are from my room, situated at the 7th floor. Reception is at 5th floor.

Breakfast. It is said on the website that breakfast is included, but it is not said that you have only 2 options, with 2 fixed menus. So, every morning, when you want breakfast, you have to choose one of the 2. For me, with a long stay of 14 nights, this was quite difficult. If breakfast buffet style does not suit the hotel for whatever reason, they should however be more flexible and be able to propose to clients some a la carte options within the total price they offer or even with exceeding the price if the client wants to pay, but thus to offer variation. Bathroom also needs some maintenance, especially in my room the sink and the tap.
