The food in this place is amazing!! My favourite was breakfast time. We would recommend having a massage, we really enjoyed it. The rooms and hotel are beautiful

The location very close to town is one of the most advantages of this hotel. Furthermore, the architecture or design of the infrastructure is strikingly beautiful as it represents the traditional home-building architecture of the region; also, the rooms are new and very clean.

The parking as it is too small for the number of rooms and size of the entire property. There are space only for two cars. Moreover, the entrance’s parking is too leaning or sloping and, therefore, is not appropriate for a small car.

The restaurant is exceptional.

Stayed 4 nights here and it was like being in paradise. Staff was exceeptional and the view from our room was like being in a movie. We had to walk 10 minutes to town which we enjoyed. Barichara was our favorite stop so far in Colombia and this was agreat spot. Only thing was our chicken on the first night was undercooked and we had to discuss with restaurant manager as we did not want to pay for a meal that we did not eat and were stressed about being sick. The reataurant chef took full responsability and in the end they did not charge us for the plate. We left a good tip

Casa Guati is a fantastic hotel. It is new (ca. 3 years), it is located just outside of the beautiful town of Barichara (10m walk) with a fantastic pool and best view on the town. Restaurant services are great and also there you benefit from a fantastic view. Rooms are very comfortable, often with a small terrace and/or an outside shower. Service is great and staff is very helpful.

you can’t fault this hotel, it’s perfect

Located in a place with a great view on Barichara. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers an interesting menu. Breakfast is nice. From the swimming pool you can admire Barichara. You can do walks/hikes in the area (e.g. to Guane or Villanueva).

We had a wonderful time at casa Guati. The stuff was so kind and helpful. The landscape to the beautiful village was extraordinary. The property architecture is so carefully design and matched the village vibe. And the food and drinks are so high level.
