All totaled, my final bill was $114.71 higher than the accommodation quote.

everything was great

very comfortable , staff was super friendly , hotel had a nice smell found out the name “green bamboo scent” was in a great location. definitely coming back

the staff are friendly

my room was too hot, air condition did not work so well, i was sweating.

it was under construction which, I realize, is unavoidable, but it was a little inconvenient to have large fans in the hall ways and only one elevator working.

liked everything except i wish there had been a separate top sheet on bed. would have made sleeping much more comfortable.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was super clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The parking situation. The self-parking garage was not available for use so had to use Valet parking. I thought the cost was very high for a “city” view (not a good view and loud cars and shouting) throughout the night.

Rude staff member at rooftop bar. yelled at my friend for ordering at the bar and generally unpleasant. she felt unwelcome. also the street noise was a lot. light rail alert bell and trash collection kept us awake. bring earplugs.

The noise at night was not acceptable. It is apparently the local drag race place.

They told us the breakfast was complimentary. But then I got charged for it. Told us we would get refund but never did. So miss information. Still waiting for the refund.
