The hotel seemed good. The location was. Parking was fine. We slept the first night and there were some discomforts that we couldn't define. We were newcomers and tired. But after the second night, skin lesions appeared all over my body and my wife's that I quickly identified, since I am a doctor, as being caused by bed bugs. A disinfection staff that came because of ants and cockroaches confirmed the presence of the pest. I immediately contacted the owner Reghina who, after expressing resistance to my claim, admitted to reimburse me for the two days of my stay, but charged me for cleaning, which frankly was terrible in that sense, and taxes and only through Booking.com. I had to go to another hotel, move, pay more money and buy medicines to neutralize the skin damage, which was very serious, and when I asked him to refund the full amount of my stay and cleaning plus the medicines, he flatly refused. The next day a specific bed bug disinfection company went to carry out the disinfection. And the technician confirmed the presence of vermin. If you do not want to suffer serious consequences on your skin, do not go to this hotel. Also, Reghina misbehaved by refusing to accommodate our request. If she wanted to sue them she could get a lot of money out of them. But it was not my intention. Just warn on this page, and especially Booking, to withdraw this hotel from the accommodation offer because it is dangerous to health.

When we asked for something from the staff they went out of their way to accommodate us.

This place is extremely run down. The small courtyard was overgrown and not maintained. Outdoor furniture had seats missing or falling out. Everything inside the apartment looked like something from Goodwill.

It was cute and clean. Great location friendly staff.

The laundry room didn't have a key or code washer only has one setting.

Maria was such an excellent host and keeps place clean!

Quaint little motel just 3 blocks from Hollywood Blvd and restaurant row. Close to the beach. Safe area from what I have seen. Easy check in and the rooms very clean and stocked. Well lite and quiet.

Kitchen was good, outside lighting was good to sit and relax in fresh air

The bed and the sofa were not comfortable to sleep

This room was close to the Hard Rock Casino where our event was held. The room was a fantastic deal and clean and comfortable! It was a cute set up and I enjoyed the small hidden outdoor seating area.

It was a bit small but met our needs for the time we were there.

good location. excellent communication pre-arrival. easy to self-check in. lovely patio/garden area. clean. good shower. lots of towels. friendly on-site staff. easy parking.

old decor and furniture. staff obviously do their best to clean/present the room but room too cluttered with statuettes, vases, fake plants etc. Sofa sagged, not enough storage, very dodgy-looking electrics, tiny table for two people in a family room, no space to cook and not enough implements.

There is no office or personal on premises

The apartment was fully stocked and the bunk beds were great for the kids. The location is awesome and the value was great. I plan to book again in a few weeks! The ease of check in and check out is also great. They have systems for everything and are very clear on what to do. The bbq area is awesome for long stays. Wonderful stay!

The apartment had a lot of decorations which were beautiful but maybe a few less could be more practical just from a space perspective. Not a complaint by any means just an observation...

quiet, clean, and comfortable. Marie is the sweetest and has been great with communication and helped us with all of our questions.
