Place is very near to Ateneo and other establishments. Rooms are clean with fresh sheets. They have cold AC. Perfect for our tiring body. we slept well

Room size is adequate. For the rate that we paid for which is around 1800 only, we got a decent and comfortable stay. Would also like to commend the service of its employees. Ms. Girlie was so helpful and attentive

The housekeeper was very accommodating and friendly.

Very good sa amin ang Crown One. Malinis yung establishment kahit sa may lobby area palang kita na malinis talaga. plus points din sa amin yung comfortable ang bed nila and hindi masakit sa likod. ok yung mga blankets and towels kasi hindi mukhang overused

That a Roman Catholic Church was just accross the Street🥰 So we did not miss the Sunday Mass.

We do not like the wall cabinet placed in each bed space. Chances are you'd get bumped to it if you were not careful. Just like what happened to my 5yo son. Just thankful the impact was not that strong so he got no bruises. There was no ready towel to use so we asked the staff for it. Good thing she got 2 left. Towels were still wet because they were fully booked the day before? Really? So we have to suffer the consequence? The owner agreed rhat we could pay upon check in jnstead of prepayment a day before. However, we were not informed that we had to pay a different price which was higher and they do not give Senior discount.👎

The location of the hotel is good. But no breakfast.

Cockroach were roaming in the room and toilet. I booked for 956 per night but was charged for 1071 pesos per night and I was not given my change and was never given my invoice. Toothbrush, tissue paper and toothbrush were being sold at the hotel lobby when it should have been included free of charge. Hotel staff was not welcoming and accommodating to guests.

Cockroach roaming, brownout happened, no generator. I booked for the price of 956 but was charged 1071 pesos. And the change were even returned by Joy. The staff is not welcoming and accommodating. One of my worst. tissue paper, tooth brush and shampooer being sold instead of providing those stuffs for free.

My wife and I have stayed here for 1 night before proceeding to the province. I can say that we had a truly good stay. First, location is so accessible and strategic and secondly, the staff has been so nice to use. Very thankful to all

Mam Girle was very warm accommodating and kind. Room was adequately sized, a lot of space to move around.

Spray with baygon prior to booking sked, there are tiny cockroaches everywhere. No hot water in the bathroom. Elevator was very very slow.....

Perfect location. as in walking distance lang sya from the places that we have to visit e. university, mall, restaurant, bank... name it!!! when it comes to our room, super okay din samin kasi syempre malwak and tahimik. hindi din kita yung liwanag from the outside kasi ok ung curtain makapal. malinis din and hindi duty ang plce

Spacious ang room kaya kahit marami kaming dalang bags, we still managed to move around very comfortably. I also love that their bathroom is well maintained. Malinis kahit grouting and malakas ang pressure ng water. WIFI works really well too.

very clean room and bathroom. we were so glad and surprise to have seen that the room is also spacious considering that we have paid a very affordable rate. no hassle din ang check in and check out. Super thankful to all staff who made our stay one of a kind.
